Asadia hadn't quite expected to ever be queen of a pride, but when Rashan visited her former king, Vartka, he instantly picked her as the new first lady of his lionesses. Asadia wasn't even entirely grown up back then, but she bore the title with pride and did her best to learn from the older lionesses and sonn felt like this role had always been ment to her. Of course it came with a lot of resposibility, she had to make sure all the pregnant lionesses were properly nested and cared for, she had to lead the huntresses and check on the cubs, she had to solve conflicts and make sure everyone was doing their part to keep the pride happy and healthy. But it was something she did with joy, and she was fairly good at it. And she loved to be treated with so much respect and admiration, of course. Who wouldn't?
