abandoned at a young age, she remembers little of her past. she was picked up on gressil's pride borders, and has been taken care of a kind lioness named cobblestone ever since. they find the little lioness odd, but captivating, noticing how an eagle often perches itself in a nearby tree, watching her. the pride has deemed that the eagle isn't a threat, even offering it fish.
iva got rather close to the large bird one day, but was entirely unscathed by the time cobblestone found her. they've taken to calling the bird her guardian, assuming that it'll keep her out of harms way. with a heavy heart, gressil later abandoned her on his ally's territory, hoping he'd be able to handle her and her bird friend better than he could.
