The sound of flesh and bones being viciously ripped apart alerts you to a formidable presence. You try to stay quiet while hidden but after your paw gets crushed by a heavily gnawed on lion skull, still dripping with the blood of this unfortunate soul and saliva from whatever had been feasting on it, you can’t help but yowl in pain. Suddenly, a tall, lanky lioness-like creature leaps around 10 feet into the air from behind a pile of skeletal remains and heavily lands in front of you despite being rather famished and emaciated looking.
“Well, well, well… what do we have here?” The creature says to you in a cold, utterly psychotic, yet still feminine voice. You are chilled to the bone. She circles around you in a stalking gait, sniffing the air. She looks at you with an expression that is best described as some sort of slasher grin that sends a shiver down your spine. “I like your face…” the lioness says to you. “Uhh… thanks?” you reply, not sure of what’s going on. She inches closer to you, but something tells you that it is out of respect, kindness, or any other good reason. “I bet you’d taste great…” she says to you, vile drool dripping from her mouth full of sharp, bloodthirsty fangs as a look of crazed hunger appears on her face. You quickly dodge out of the way as she suddenly springs forward and tries to bite your face off. “What the hell, lady!?” You cry out. She looks at you with hunger and rage. “Don’t make this any more difficult than it has to be… just accept your fate and I’ll make your death quick rather than humiliating. I’m craving some dessert and you just happened to arrive just in time. I’m feeling… quite peckish, famished even.” The insatiable monster of a lioness explains coldly, making her intentions painfully clear. As she launches herself at you again, a feeling of helplessness overcomes you. While you would usually decide to fight, something in your gut is telling you to flee. So that’s what you do.
If you were to combine the hunger of swarm of locusts and the hunger of an entire kingdom’s worth of hyenas, you would still have only a fraction of the hunger that Insatia has. Needless to say, Insatia definitely lives up to her name. Insatia, lives by the analogy of “there is no good or evil, only those who are hungry and those who are food.” She is best described as a villainous glutton that eats basically everything, even worse is that she truly is insatiable, always thinking about what (or sometimes “who” as disturbing as that is) she’s going to devour next. She is shockingly emaciated for a beast with her immense appetite, truly the embodiment of famine it would seem.
