Keiko

"It's heaavyyy." Keiko watched as her little sister, Kanzi lifted up her amber necklace within her jaws, trying to wear it herself. Keiko laughed quietly as it dropped to the floor and Kanzi whined. "You get used to it." Keiko stated, putting it back on. Keiko's fur was darker than her sisters, much like her father's. The two shared fathers but had different mother's. Keiko arrived at xMkuu's den not long after she was born, and her sister was born shortly after by one of xMkuu's lionesses. The idea of having cubs made no sense, but that was just how life was.

Kanzi looked a lot like her mother, but each cub supported their father's noses. Keiko bopped her sister on the head with a paw as Kanzi tried to bite her tail, playfully. The two wrestled before Charlemaine called for the younger cub. "Aww. Do I have to go?" Kanzi whined.

"It's bedtime." Keiko nodded, her eyes looked back at her broodmother, Aerynne who watched the two quietly. "Go on, we can play more in the morning." Keiko nodded and her little sister grinned widely before running off to her mother. Keiko turned, her paws digging into the ground before she darted and ran into her broodmother's waiting arms. Immediately the lionesses licked the top of her head, grooming her till she finally fell asleep.
