Amerie was one of those cubs that were born in the territory of the Peaceful Spring, but not to the pride itself. Instances where traveling lionesses would seek shelter in the territory to give birth weren't uncommon. Many of these new mothers often decided to leave their cubs with the pride of the Peaceful Spring, where they knew their children would be safe. Amerie's mother did just that. She was a unique lioness, she was even offered a place in the pride itself but politely refused. She stayed for as long as the cub needed to be weaned, before leaving and never returning.

The cub grew up to be timid and easily scared. She hated battle, so she chose to be a Huntress instead, despite the fact that she wasn't a big fan of this job. Still, she does her duty as she should, and seldom complains about it. She rarely ever complains about anything in fact, accepting things as they come. She has a pet lizard who she loves dearly.
