Further into the hidden water hole you go, passing trees and thick brush as a growing feeling of being watched causes you to occasionally look over your shoulder. You reach the fresh water, finally crouching down to take a much-needed sip.

"Hello, down there!" calls a voice from above, in an almost sing-song tone. You blink, glancing into the water as a new figure joins your reflection. Looking up, sure enough, a lion sits in the trees. Their wings fold calmly at their shoulders as they look down at you with a gentle smile.
