Hippoglossus Hippoglossus's Den

As you tread through the jungle, you feel a little uneased, as the possibility of ambush grows even more apparent. A few flies zoom from a by your face before you can bat them away, as you grumble about the humid temperature.
You hear a distant roar, coming from your right, making you veer the opposite direction, who ever the roar belongs to must not be very friendly. Suddenly above the chittering of foolish primates above, you hear a stream. You grin, rushing into the large leaves, towards the hopefully refreshing water.
With a silent growl, you jump out of the bushes, right into the bank of the cool river. It runs from a sputtering waterfall whitch leeches from a large shaded tall cliff, it's top hidden from view by the enormous trees. Sinking into the water, you sniff for any signs of other lions, hoping to keep this pool to yourself.
A small lioness peeks her head from around the trees, giving you a wide eyes stare.
