I was thinking that lioden could make an App that you can use on your phone and on your iPad. It could show you all the bases and markings and info about lioden. It would be pretty cool. If you need a name then there will be a name picker that gives you a good and creative name. Tell me if it has been suggested before and give me advice. I know It will take a lot of pixels and things but i mean, it would be cool |

I think this would be a good idea. It could give you info on the game and stuff, maybe a game guide could be included, and it would tell you about bases, manes, markings, etc.  0 players like this post! Like? |

I totally support this! I think lots of people play this game on their phones, and it would be great if we had something that is made for playing on a phone. So I think it would be awesome if they made an app to play this game on, which works better on a phone than the site does. (Like the pictures load really slowly and stuff.) 0 players like this post! Wiki is a pain though. AND if it's an app..think of all those unrelated apps that pop up. IT could drive attention toward the site. I swear, app land is like youtube. You go on there for one thing, leave with another! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't see how the wiki is a 'pain?' It has a fairly simple setup, and can be accessed from mobile devices just fine. Apps are also not cheap to make. [1] A decent app costs $10,000... If you're serious about developing an app that actually gives value to its users, expect to spend anywhere from $30,000 to $150,000 for a high-quality product. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't need an app at all, and I'm on an iPad :I An app would actually be more of a hassle for me. I'd have to download it, wasting more memory space, then open it every time I want to look at something. And I don't use my apps very often. I just stay on Safari and happily multitask with my multiple tabs 0 players like this post! Like? |

I handle and maintain the shopping websites for my job, and it is insane. Just having a website with "shopping cart" integration is INSANELY expensive. For a real app for the whole game, like Rev said, would be a ton of money. A simple app like that would still cost a heck of a lot but not as much. But enough that making an app as opposed to visiting the wiki [which I am on my iPad right now - it's actually quite easy to navigate!] would be incredibly out of budget. 0 players like this post! It bugs me and bugs my phone down insanely. MAybe to some people it's no bother, but it (the wiki) won't work well with my phone or any phones I've had before. So, it doesn't work 'just fine' for me! Most of that price is so high because of buying a programmer/coder, I just skimmed through your link, Rev. Lioden has that already, obviously. Most cost would come from the additional functions, which don't HAVE to be added on. And it doesn't have to be a fancy app, simple works too! 0 players like this post! Just because we have a coder that can code this site doesn't necessarily mean that they can code and program a mobile app. If you don't add additional functions to the app, it'll be a clunky app that will be a pain to use, and waste of money. 0 players like this post! Like? |
