So I don't know if this has been suggested before, but I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. You create a totally awesome design for your lion, sit back, admire it, and watch it create boring cub after boring cub. The reason? Because mane markings take up slots that could otherwise be used for body markings, and since lionesses don't show mane markings (not even on their tails as the lions do) the cubs all come out boring. Sure, maybe they've got the mane markings, but unless it's on a mane shaggy mutation, chances are, you're not going to see it on any of your cubs (since male slots are so expensive and people rarely keep their males.

I'm proposing three suggestions to fix this:

1. Give mane markings their own slots. So, say you have the 10 marking slots, and then next to that, 5 mane marking slots, eliminating the issue of "slot blocking" with mane markings.

-Or-

Make mane markings in some way visible on all lionesses, even if it's just on the tail, at least we'd get SOMETHING for our efforts. The lions show mane markings and colors on their tails, why shouldn't lionesses?

-Or-

Make more marking slots in general, so there's maybe 13 or 15 instead of 10.

Any other related suggestions or alternatives are more than welcome.
