Original Suggestion: I have looked through the past pages and haven't really seen anything about this but.. I feel like the Stud option on a player's male should disappear? or not not even be clickable for any other players trying to stud from that male when that male has 0/15 slots available.. It's really sad/disappointing to constantly have to turn down requests because I have no more slots. But it can get even a tad frustrating when, as a player, you can see how many stud slots a player's male has available when you go to send a stud request.. so if a player sees that there are 0/15 slots available why are they still able to send a request? Perhaps there should be a little modification where the Stud option disappears to other players after it reaches 0 slots then reappears the following week. Or mayhaps it could just become an unclickable thing to other players looking to Stud. Suggestions by Players: Mandie [The 200-Reds!] (#5276): "Remove the chance for players to click the "send stud request" button and replace it with "this male no longer has any stud slots open" :D" Gemsbok2-QuadPanther/TripleVit (#26645): if someone sends a request, it should take up a slot. If it's removed, it opens a slot back up. EverestII [LAWS/HSC/TLC] (#14495): I really like the option that if a request is put in, it takes one of the slots. That's just like if someone puts in a trade offer, the beetles are already removed from their account. It of course, gets put back into one's account if offer/request is not accepted. _________________________________________ |

so if a player sees that there are 0/15 slots available why are they still able to send a request? My theory is that they misunderstand the display, this is why people still keep sending requests despite the slot being full. 0/15 might also mean that none is taken, so 0 of 15 is taken. Many dont read texts on Lioden and this is how some confusion arises. Though, I wonder.... wont the excess stud requests get into a queue? Like... when the next week starts they are the next ones? Or am I wrong? I am not sure, as I am not studding my male. But I see no problem in the option to send studding requests shouldnt available after BUT it should still display that the male is up for stud usually -for advertising purposes- and the price also should be noted the same way. I dont want the male's price or studding info to go away, just the button to send the requests themselves to become unclickable once the amount of slots has been reached. And for your earlier question on whether the stud requests go into queue. They do not as far as I know. The requests themselves just kind of sit there, so perhaps they could be accepted once the new week starts with fresh slots available, but seeing as sometimes my slots may disappear too quickly (i.e. they disappear that very monday then any late request senders would have to wait the next 7 days for me to accept), or the fact that many females may not be in heat in time for the next week to rollover. I had a person send a request to me when my stud slots were full. I waited a week and just accepted her stud slot then. I let her know of course though. The stud requests don't disappear or anything, they just linger there until you hit accept or deny. But I do support your option. It would make things so much easier. 0 players like this post! I usually send the requester a PM and say that I can do old fashioned studding, but all of his auto slots are gone. I had two people send requests the other day. And when I accept after my boy gets his slots again then the lioness isn't usually in heat or she was impregnated by another stud. That is frustrating too. But half the time they are still in heat so I don't really lose anything. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I used to do old fashioned studding but I recently stopped so I can devote all time possible to my new pride. And yes, Motsumi, that is usually why I don't wait. I always tell my requester (if they send a request when no slots are available) that they can send a request again after the slots reopen if they are still interested. 0 players like this post! I had this problem recently, I had two available slots left and came back to three requests. I had to let the third person know I was unable to accept their request and if they wanted to do it old-fashioned, which in the grand scheme of things isn't a huge deal, but I agree that if someone sends a request, it should take up a slot. If it's removed, it opens a slot back up. It would also be nice if once you ran out, the option to submit a request was disabled in some way, instead of having to do it manually. Minor quality of life issues heh xD 0 players like this post! Like? |

I might support, there are times I go to send a request, reading it as 0 slots are taken up (I have done it once or twice, and always forget) Then quickly send a message to apologize because I feel bad for wasting their time. It would be easier haha 0 players like this post! Like? |
