Phoenix nodded at Lana and looked at Amadi "Phoenix and the respect I'll show it to those who show it back to me but I do understand that might take so time with everyone so I'll do my best to show it. I do promise not to harm any cub even if they did attacked me" He looked Amadi and study her scars, he could tell she had about a few more than he did which in his book might she was/is some fighter or assassin which he never liked the word so he used warrior. It sounded way better to him. When he felt claws dig in his skin he turn his head and was about bite on the neck of the lioness and try to pull/throw her off his back but she had got off. He just looked at her but didn't say anything, she was mad enough at him.

(That might be some fun, lol maybe Phoenix is part of the reason or was the one to bring her back. That would a twist I think ^^. Argh you post to fast for like the whole time I was typing. Lol Phoenix sure is on Terra's bad side, not his fault all he did was kick her which she did have coming. )

She looks at him calmly "Well Phoenix, Here you Will not have our respect until you show that you deserve it, and from what I have seen about your actions" she paused "You do not deserve it"
She studied him form when he was talking, the young male had quite a few scars, maybe his attitude was a reflection of what he has been through, but that is no excuse. Everyone has a choice, control your situation, or let it control you.
"I am Amadi, Head Huntress for this pride. I appreciate that you have given your promise to the cubs, but I will ask that you will harm no one in this pride until the pride members have decided that you will be one of us, I want to see the control you have of your temper, your skills of patience, control, hard work, and most of all" She paused "Your frame of mind"
"Do you understand what I ask of you?"

Terra growled back at Pheonix, her tail flicking angrily as she consented to Eragon leading her away. She pricked her ears when he said cubs and chuckled "yes please! i have some words to say to Maliki about that"

(Well Phoenix won't know and it would be her fault anyways she did attack him and he not one to take a beating down without a fight. Just how he is. He is huge with respect being giving and earned thing)

Phoenix understand what she meant by he didn't 'deserve' but they all did attacked him on some level, he was just defending himself which is over looked in cases like this. "Yes I understand, though I was just defending myself earlier but I can see your point with respect."

She looked at him, then examined the small wounds the cubs left "I understand that the cubs had attacked you first, and they will be dealt with I assure you, but next time" she stood and walked to his side "Do Not Retaliate, lay down, bear your neck, and ask to speak with someone in charge"

Phoenix rise his eyebrow at that pregnant part. He started to feel a bit hateful towards himself but how was he going to know that. "Oh... I didn't know she was, if I did I would have did something different than. As for that last part well lets say I was rise to not do that but I'll keep that in mind"
