I've noticed that the higher level you lion is, the longer and longer it takes for you to level him up. This isn't just because he needs more and more experience for each level, but is mostly because there is no increase in experience gain for higher level lions. Lionesses gain more EXP the higher level they are while hunting; even level 1 lionesses will gain 500EXP if they're sent in a party with some high level lionesses. I don't really think this system is fair. Males only earn 150-190EXP (190 is the highest experience I've ever gotten from NPC fights, so it's the only one I have to use as an example) from NPC fights in explore. When you lion needs 25,000 or more EXP to level up, it will take roughly 160 fights in order for you to level up. That's if you win all of your fights. If you don't win all those fights it could be closer to 200 fights before you lion will level up. I think that there should be an increase of EXP for your main males while explore. Maybe each region have a range of EXP you could earn at random. Or set it so that each level earns a certain amount of EXP, on top of the EXP we earn from battles in explore. Since some NPCs are only found in specific areas, it's safe to assume that they are "high levels" than the NPCs you would find in, for example, the Temperate Savannah, so why am I earning the same amount of EXP fighting a Rocky Hills specific NPC as I do fighting a Temperate Savannah specific NPC? It just doesn't make sense to have males only earning the same amount of EXP no matter what they're level is. |

I've gotten almost 300 EXP when fighting other people's lions for experience, but don't really pay much attention when I'm fighting NPCs. 0 players like this post! Like? |

The most I've gotten while fighting someone else's lions was close to 250 I think, but since we can't do that for roughly an hour and a half I'm not really focusing on that. You can fight NPCs every time you have energy, and waiting an hour and a half to fight someone elses lion to get more EXP would be the same as just fighting in explore for EXP when you have the energy. 0 players like this post! 100% support. I was pretty let-down when I realized that the levels of the zones really meant nothing. I mean, it's new NPCs, but the experience and such is the same. There's no reason to ever really go anywhere else. In 90% of other games that I know of, higher level zones means more experience so that you can continue to level at a decent pace. I'd love Lioden to be the same way. I don't mind it taking 25-35, even 50 wins to get to a level, but over a 100 is just very, very tedious. By the same token, I think it's very fair that if you choose to run around in a lower level zone, you get less experience. For example, a level 10 lion in the Temperate Savannah would only get the "level 1" experience they get now. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think at the public meeting they told us that they are planning to make the zones affect the exp gain, so the higher level you are, the less exp you get for exploring in lower level zones, and if you explore in your level zone, then you get more. And just a note: You do get more exp as you level, as I get about 250-280 exp per NPC battle at level 22. But compared to the exp you need for leveling, it is very scarce. I consider myself very active on the site, exploring whenever I can with both my mains that I had so far and never reached level30, my max was level 28 I think. We should be able to reach the 31 zone with activity. I mean, not 24/7 activity, but still with activity. 0 players like this post! Like? |

support all those nice high level zones and only a handful can reach them is sad. Specially when you have a later generation male that might was older then 3 when taking over you can forget about getting passed level 25 there is increased xp gain from battles when you higher level but its so minimal my level 23 guy needs to kill 2-3 npc to gain 1% xp 0 players like this post! So much support. I just don't get it at all. You can level your main lion and access new areas and that means... absolutely nothing at all? :/ 0 players like this post! Like? |

Agree 100%. At the current rate, it wouldn't even be possible to reach the top levels without constant energy refills and no life. 0 players like this post! Like? |

At level 23 I occassionally get 300+ exp for an NPC fight, and almost always over 200. So it does increase some. But I agree, it needs to be a little bit higher percentage probably. Not too much or it would be too easy, but enough to make it feel like you are making progress without having to spend your whole day on Lioden. xD 0 players like this post! Like? |

Definite support from me... Especially with the events going on. If other players are anything like me, they're more focused on saving energy for exploring to find event stuff, not fight NPCs. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Holy balls support. Yes, the intake of EXP does increase... But not by a lot. I enjoy exploring new areas but it's such a pain to get beyond level 6. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Cat supports, they do plan on changing it I think from a public meeting but another support thrown in can't hurt. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I've gotten 400-500 from fighting elephants and puff adders, but it's still taking me five times as long to level up, off the top of my head. 0 players like this post! Like? |
