-LOCKED - EVENT UPGRADE! | |
Posted on 2015-01-12 06:36:11
Event review + Update informationThere were horrible rumours going on for few days, but they appear to be true! Prey is scarce due to migrations and the carnivores of surrounding African lands are suffering from Great Hunger. With this month's event, you will all work together to create a great food resource for the hungriest lions to make sure your species will survive! Other animals are suffering too and maybe you could help them die out to have more food to yourself? Add all food you can to the pile and unlock free hunger boosts for the rest of the month! You can use it once per day, per lion! The second bar is boosted by killing event-exclusive scavengers and unlocks a special shop! Both bars have 3 tiers. You can deposit a carcass to the pile from your hoard. Note: This affects only your choices on what to do with the food and working as community. It does not affect hunting etc Carrion Eaters and Carrion ShopCarrion Eaters defeated bar will rise based on your actions in Explore with the new Explore Encounters. Along with the tiers rising, the more stuff will keep happening in Explore! Tier 1, 2 and 3 will unlock more and more encounters. Vultures, starving animals and scavengers will be pesky annoyance, so you decide if you’re gonna be evil and kill them or nice and just get rid of them from these lands. Yes, some do affect karma! Carrion Shop will open when you unlock this bar - due to everyone having free food from Food Pit, we realise you guys are mostly donating and selling the food, earning SB. This shop is different than in other events - the prices are in SB. This is a great SB sink that will help deflate the food prices, while not being mandatory to buy from. I can also promise you it contains more than just decors, you just gotta keep unlocking those tiers! :D Google Ads & adware We have temporarily disabled Google Ads on Lioden until Google Team fixes their malware ridden ads. We have contacted them but we could not help out more than this and informing players on how to protect their PC’s. It came to this that we need to disable our partnership until this gets fixed, as it became unplayable for players. Mutations and Retiring - clarification SCREW THAT LETS MAKE MUTATIONS INHERIT FROM SUBMALES NO MATTER WHAT. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 12/01/15 by Xylax (#4) |

Thanks and everything but I'm not a fan of the SB shop, it's totally biased to people who buy GB with real money and sell them to other users (Me being one of those) I'd rather have an event currency so everyone has the same chance to earn it or at least an SB AND Event current shop so if you're drowning in SB you can throw it around but otherwise you still have the ability to get everything with event currency. I assume people who can't buy GB save up SB to buy it so the people with the most SB are people who buy then sell GB, just doesn't seem fair. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Thank you for removing the Google ad things! Even when I checked my PC to make sure it was protected(and it was), reset my computer, cleared my cookies and cache, did EVERYTHING, I still got the ads. Thank you a ton! 0 players like this post! Like? |

To help fix the add problems you should try and see if you could partner with Hiveworks instead of google adds. It supports artists and from what I've heard the pay gap between Google and Hiveworks is not much at all. 0 players like this post! Like? |

So, if my submale has a mutation... and I want to keep my king's looks, you're saying the submale will inherit the king's looks, AND keep his own mutation that the king didn't have? *is confused* Also, if a king has a mutation, and he retires, will the replacement inherit the mutation with the rest of the king's looks? 0 players like this post! so glad to see that at least for now the issue has been resolved! :D I can get back to playing! Hopefully Google will do their part! I'm confused on the mutation thing...does that mean now that if I retired my current male and chose to keep his look on the heir that his mutation would transfer as well? Or no?? Not a big deal just curious what I'll end up with when he does eventually retire if i keep his appearance. XD Because I may get tired of his achromia after awhile, but I still love his look underneath the mutation. Just curious what will happen :D 0 players like this post! Like? To everyone who is confused about the mutation thing: The submale with a mutation taking over and inheriting the king's looks will keep its mutation, due to the submale being the new king. They swap places, so it just make sense that its traits remain, just like stats for example. Whereas if the previous king had a mutation and you replace it with a submale that does not have a mutation, then the mutation will vanish because the submale simply doesnt have one. Again, you swap lions, only the markings and colors stay from the king. Stats and mutation are switched. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Sooo, now we can stat-replace with a mutated king? That's for sure? Also, about those ads.... Can they affect our PC? Like viruses or I don't know? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Looking forward to seeing what's in the shop. Thanks for the update. :3 Hmm, my current king lost his mutation as soon as I made him king. He wasn't a stat replacement, so I'm assuming he shouldn't have from the way things currently work. I didn't really mind because it was just a female mane mutation though. submale's mutation status is always counted, no matter what old king had. No mutation on heir - no mutation on new king Mutated heir - same mutation on new king. No matter what you keep or not 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 13/01/15 by Xylax (#4) |
