I think thee should be a mutation where a lion has third eye. |

I think we have enough eye mutations. 2 is good enough, and it would end up being lethal anyways. ![]() |

I take genetics and this is completely possible, and is not necessarily lethal. Support! ![]() |

no support because for the most mutations in lioden they are realistic but i don't think that three eyed lions are even in the world ![]() |

There was a cat born with two faces and only three eyes. The two faces shared an eyeball in the middle. I'll hunt down the article somewhere... here's one! The cat didn't die until it hit 15 years old according to the article, so I mean... Something similar to that, where the second head doesn't develop all the way and instead the lion has a third eye, wouldn't be all too unrealistic. I don't see why not. There's plenty of odd mutations that I don't see any proof of in lions. Overgrown teeth, or claws for example. I may be wrong and just not searching deep enough. But from searching the world wide web, I see no lions with such things, only rabbits with what's called "lion's head." ![]() |

Many animals can have mutations such as this and live! It is realistic and also not deadly! It is easier than u may think to get an animal with multiple eyes especially with inbreeding! ![]() |

There are many mutations here that have not been documented on lions: -Progeria -Dwarfism -Achromia -Melanism -Hairlessness -Sirenomelia -Back mane -Bob tail Actually MOST mutations we have aren't found on lions. Like just about all of them. So the argument that it isn't found on lions is a little invalid. ![]() |
