Arhint

This is Arhint, he is a jungle based creature. I've decided to call the species Moribundus Letalis. His species is very cat like; hunting, pouncing, purring, chirping, hissing, etc. They are small with large, lightweight wings meant for gliding, not necessarily flight. Because of this they prefer climbing and running every where. They will drop out of trees as a hunting tactic or for play fighting. They are omnivores, but eat more meat and fish. They live in loose colonies of families, they will work in groups/families within the colonies. Think of it like humans; neighbors and neighborhoods. The coloring is based off of the bright coloring of birds, not a concrete bird species though. Both scales and feathers should share the same colors, but patterns vary. The amount of feathers also varies.

Head- Long snout, Sharp beak, Large mouth, Small sharp teeth, feathered cheeks, Large feathers on top, Red eyes Body - Small,Tight small scales, Thin long body, Deep chest, Feather ridge on rump, Resembles a Greyhound's body Wings - Large, Built for gliding, Kind of like a Buzzard Limbs - Long thin, Front; feathers on elbows, Hind; Feathers on the back on thighs and behind feet. Feet - Kind of dog shaped, non-retractable claws Tail - Slightly longer than body, Feathers on end; like a fan.

This is my orginal drawing/design of Arhint from 2008/2009. Everything should follow closely to this, colors and marking wise at least.
