There are two sides to this story, one knows of the other while the others do not. A story of separate lives, lives so close but yet so far.

Scientists:
Lions have been vanishing and many of them have been found dead, poachers are suspected. Your here to learn about the lions, maybe it's just a job, maybe your an adventurer, maybe your a lion lover, or maybe your here to learn. What ever your reason, your in Africa, and your job is to observe the lions within a nature preserve. Your job is to fit radio collars, track down lions and record their health and their lives, man the cameras filming them, learn what they do, what makes them tick along with other various tasks. Do all this while not being eaten.

Lions:
Your life was quite easy, just a normal life. You've been noticing more and more lions are missing, and now weird two legged pale noisy animals have appeared. They don't seem tasty, but you might try a bite. Better safe to stay away. You don't quite know why they are here yet. You might be a lion or a lioness. Your goal in life, be fat, happy, and have a big family. If you're a lion your job will be to protect your lionesses and your cubs, mark your territory, patrol, collect lionesses, and chase off wondering males, you may even take over a pride, if your man enough. If you're a lioness your job is to provide the male with food and cubs. You hunt for him and he will protect you and your family. Do not let a stray male invade your space, he may hurt your cubs. You and the other lionesses must chase off single males when they get to close to the cubs and the male isn't there.

4) When going to tranquilize a lion, flip a coin, tails it misses, heads it hits, after 3 hits in a row you automatically miss. Post the results of the coin flip in () at the end of the post where your person shoots the tranquilizer, one coin flip per times the gun is shot.
5) If a coin lands on heads a lion must go down, you can not be immune.
6) Do not kill a player's person unless you ask them and they agree to it.
