Hey everyone! I'm horribly new to this game and am clueless about the economy and what things are worth. But I've been thinking about selling my art in various ways and need some help figuring out how I should price it. *NEW*A silly blue footed booby I drew for a friend. Here's a sketch example. Here's a more recent one. Now for the flat drawings. Kazooie My OC, Zephyr. (quite old actually) Another OC, Furseph. He's also an original species of mine if anyone would be interested in me selling/auctioning some of those. Orion the canid Soundchaser A little more sketchy than most. Bakuwolf, or werewolf Bakura if we have any fans of the original Yu-Gi-Oh in the house. A doodle I did of Smile.Dog from my tumblr. These are examples of some of my more detailed/fully painted drawings. If I decide to sell these, they'll be very limited since they take me a while to do, but I've seen a lot of interest for them so I may offer them in the future. *NEW* Katerpillar. More of a doodle than a fully detailed piece. An older wolf I did to test a new brush. Zale, also a little old. I was commissioned to draw him, although this was just a little bonus I threw in for being late finishing it, it's not the actual commission. Oyez. A more human version of werewolf Bakura. Some nightmare fuel I did as a vent. Also the most recent example I have to offer. So what do you guys think? Based on what I've seen around, my guess would be somewhere around 50SB? Am I close at all? Also, on the off chance that I decided to offer my full paintings for GB, how many of those do you think I could get? It's something I might consider. Thanks for looking, I appreciate any help you could offer! Even just stopping in to say hi is good enough for me, haha. :3 0 players like this post! Like? I think you could charge a lot! I keep my prices around 15 GB for a fully shaded piece, but I've seen fully shaded art like yours go for around 30 GB even, depending on the buyer. I'd be really interested if you were to open up a shop! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I would say anywhere from 1GB upwards to 10GB or more for your art. It's very lovely c: 0 players like this post! Like? |

Those are beautiful (I'm in love with the nightmare fuel!)!! Easily 10-30 GB for full body commissions (5 for a headshot). Recolors could be around 1-3 GB, easy. *-* Beautiful. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 26/04/15 by Manete Aurum {Dally}{Two-Bit} (#8161) |

I'd have to save up for your art if you ever did sell it. I can't afford the painted stuff, that's for sure. If it goes to the double digit GB totals. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Honestly, it's worth like 50+ GB for some of that. Unfortunately you don't sell much with prices that high. I suggest something like 5 GB ish for sketches, 15 GB ish for flat colors, and at least 30 GB for shaded stuff. This is minimum. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Absolutely no less than 10GB for the 'sketches' alone. Anything up from that would go for so much more, as you're so freaking talented 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lovely art! Will certainly will fetch a pretty penny. Sketches: 20-40 GB Flats: 25-45 GB Shaded(like Oyes): 30-55 GB Fur shaded: 15-20 GB On the other hand I think you need to work on your fur textured works, they look flat and overall much lower quality than your other stuff. Your lineart and color creates an expectation that is not met by your fur detailing. Also! Whatever you do, don't price any of your work, sketches, whatever, under 15 GB! 0 players like this post! *Just pops in because I can.* I think your stuff can be worth 50GB for the top stuff for sure my dear! I'd say about 15GB for sketches honestly. 20-25GB for colour/shading. 35-55GB for the full stuff. As a past customer(Multiple times) over the course of a couple years, I can say their art is worth the prices whatever it might be. I've had several amazing chars made for me b them, and their amazing. This includes the fur/feather shading she does. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'd like to once again thank everyone for their input! Prices have been a little jumpy but I at least have a ballpark now, haha. I'll leave this thread active right up until I open my shop (probably when I finish making all of my current custom decors, which can be found here if anyone would like to give us some input on those as well). Also, I use a program called Paint Tool SAI to do all of my digital work. It's more user friendly for people like me who prefer to draw things freehand as opposed to the tools Photoshop has which mostly do the work for you, I find. 0 players like this post! Like?
