Whenever I post a topic, I always want to be able to know if people have even opened my topic. It gives me an idea of how many people were interested in it, but maybe changed their minds.

Also, I just think it would be a neat feature. My suggestion is that each 'view' will be counted per player who has opened the post, not per opening of any player (meaning that Player A won't open a post 4 times and stack up the counter to 4 views, so it would have to take 4 separate Players). Also, the counter would exclude the person who was the poster.

I was thinking it would be something like this (note, it would either say 'seen by' or view count'):
