Just recalled... wasn't there going to be a Nest buy thing, like the Toy Bundle o.O??
For people who do not have enough stuff and realize they didn't build and run out of time.

Another sad fact is, that people who have a small SB income (i.e. not from their lions = selling / studding), will now need to cut back on selling their toys or mostly some of them, due to the fact that they need it for a nest.
I know you guys probably try to drain the cub births and the hoards and maybe even the SB income (though, if so, it happens at the wrong end, imo).

Just read up and I have to agree with some of them:
We need feathers for our Decors, but now we need them so the Cubs won't die... and we also will need them in the Celestial Event (with Apedemak), for the Forest.
You will need toys to get in there and stuff and this will just be a total burden.
Plus, the herbs for the other event as well, same reaosn with the Forest... it's really a terrible idea to put so much stress on items that already have an important meaning / meanings in the game =C...

I really wish we would have been able to vote for or against this nesting idea.

It would have been better to put in a new item / new items, like ... dunno ... a bundle of grass, which you can find in explore, which will only be needed for nesting and so the Decors and Events won't be affected by this update.


Also, I wanted to point out this one as well:

- Instant Cub Delivery won't work if nest is not complete.

So, this basically irradicates the Old Fashioned / Traditional type breedings, that many people offer for their studs, if they cannot afford Bull Rush or how it is called =/.
Especially people who took in lionesses, without wanting the Feather, now need to build a nest for the "guest lioness" in their Den as well => more pressure inside the community.
We already have complaints left and right, that studding is too pricey, etc.

I, for myself, have to say with this nesting update I have to take out the Old Fashioned just with Food + 1 Toy studding offer, so I can keep the guest satisfied during her pregnancy, if those people cannot provide nest material themselves and I feel bad for "poor" people that I have to reject this way.


As I said a few pages back and in the livestream yesterday (or rather now 2 days ago XD):
I fear that LD will take down a really "bad" route => being too time consuming.
Right now, I can play LD a lot, if I want to, but this will soon be over, since I am starting my driver's license now + will be starting my Kindergardener career in September.

Just remember how uspet people were about the "taking away the cheap hunt skipping".
A TON complained, that they cannot or barely can afford to play LD 5 hours per day, to get their 10 huntings done, not for food, but to train their lioesses and try to catch up a little bit and now they also have to spend a lot of time in Explore to get the items they need, IF they want to breed regularly.
I really, really wish we could have gotten a vote for this update =/ ...


Solutions would be:
1) getting rid of it again
2) create new items which only purpose is to be used for the den
3) increase the findings of itmes in Explore a LOT (yes, a LOT, since they will be needed for other things as well, not just the nest => Decor, Event, small income chance for poor players)

2+3 Could be combined to make it less time consuming, as well as no decor loss, event item loss, etc.

Besides the Ardwolf Tail for example is mostly only obtainable when you kill that poor little thing => karma loss.
For example my king on this account can do that just fine, my other one however is a 'good kitty' and cannot do that.

That sounds like a good combo. Adding a couple new items just for nesting, plus making the already existing items easier to find would make things great. I support your idea. :3
