I know my style's a bit farther from the chibi look you're interested in but your character is just so adorable I couldn't help but offer!
since it would be a transparent background I could do it no problem for 3 GB.
as far as my anatomy abilities, Busts are my strong point, however it's completely withing my range of abilities to draw from the knee up. Full Body is the trickiest for me. here's an example of a very recent full body I did http://www.deviantart.com/art/Technicolor-535654896 for reference.
The only things I would need in return are examples of his eye color and skin tone!

Hello there, I do a anime / chibi style so I will be linking your two both. thank you for considering if you are still looking!
-Examples of your work(can be deviant art or art blog): Bust shot - Most recent , Bust shot example 2 (this was more of a quick sketch and color) , Bust shot example three , traditional chibi sketch due to I haven't got and linearted it on my art program yet
-Pricing: Bust shot (full color and shading) would be 8 gb and a chibi is 4 gb.
-Abilities(anatomy wise): I'm still working on anatomy for full body and half body but for bust shot's I believe I am pretty close to proper portions. Chibi's are obviously more cartoons and disproportionate due to their design.
