Personality: Blaze is a shy and quiet female who is often the one who is sitting at the back in the dark corner. She looks weak, but she is almost the opposite. If someone teases her, she will not let them get away with it; she will find a way to get back at them, either by playing a prank on them or snapping at them. She is great at hunting and swimming, but she hates running. She is also a caring dog, not hesitating to help others and won't stop until their problem is gone. She's always want to be a mother, but she hasn't been able to look for a mate yet. She is also quick to think of a plan in a case or emergency or if she under stress.

Personality: Generally, Valto is a friendly dog towards others. He is always one to listen and think things through, and can be seen giving advice to his teammates from time to time if they ever need it. Despite his young age, his breed has always been an intelligent one, and he does not fall short of that standard. Even though he is used as a wheel dog and loves the position, he had always imagined himself as a lead dog when he first learned his owner was using him as a sled dog. He does love being a wheel dog -- not just any dog is given that position; one has to be qualified, and he certainly is. But that isn't to say that he doesn't get envious at times, especially when he thinks that something should have been done a different way than the lead dogs chose. He isn't afraid to speak his mind at times when things could turn more beneficial some other way, but knows his place within the team and follows the orders placed by the lead dogs.

When it comes to strangers, Valto uses his appearance to his advantage. He is a large dog, standing 33 inches at the withers, and is not afraid to show his strength when he or one of his teammates is threatened. He is placed directly in front of the sled on the right side when pulling, and it has built up his muscles greatly since he first joined a year ago. From all the arctic expeditions, his coat has grown denser and coarser to keep in warmth. He uses it all to his advantage when he needs to, even when simply playing at times. There are times when he grows lonely and wishes to find a mate, but his career as a sled dog has prevented him from being returned to the States to be used as a breeder. He knows that his breed's bloodline is still young and selective on which dogs are bred, and knows if he selected a mate on his own, his owner would get mad because the puppies wouldn't be purebred.
