(Eh im bored.. Thought i'd show her dangerous side o3o) Luce was traveling at a surpringly quick pace. Walking across gravel wasnt the smartest thing, but she barely felt the pain. Her head low to the ground to find any scents that could drag her towards any unsuspecting creatures. Her large ears were lifted as much as they could go, eyes alert, nose to the ground, tail curled up over her back like an alpha would much do. But it was more the pose of a dog on the hunt. -short sorry- 0 players like this post! Like? |

Zara managed to lift Nyphadora just enough, but Drill still had to lay almost completely on the ground so he had enough room to crawl underneath her. "You can let go now," he told the pup, carefully moving to stand up again. Nyphadora's weight on his back made it harder to walk than he'd imagined. He had never carried another dog like this before, but they really didn't have any other choices. "Your job now is to make sure she doesn't fall off. If she starts to slide let me know and grab her. It'll hurt, but not as much as falling off and hitting the ground," he told Zara in a commanding tone, leaving no room for argument as he began to slowly head back to the house. 0 players like this post! Nyphadora She couldn't help it, as soon as he had lifted her she yelped, her wounds were practically killing her. She groaned as her legs and head hang off of his back, she wasn't exactly the biggest dog but she certainly wasn't small. She lifted her head weakly and looked at her sister, she was going in and out of consciousness and began to start sliding back. Zara She looked at her sister as she yelped and grimaced. She hated it when her sister hurt, although Ny never complained for some reason, she could tell if she was hurt...but to see her like this was a cold hard slap of reality. When she noticed her sister sliding back she started to push her back up. "She's sliding back" 0 players like this post! Like? |

Misha/ 1 yr. 8 m./ Mudi Dog The small female followed quickly and quietly behind the pale-colored male, her ears and tail lowering further as she noticed him tremble and do the same. At the tale of the aggressive canine, Misha whined and turned in another circle as she started out of the alleyway, looking around at all sides. When she was satisfied they were not being watched, she stilled and perked her ears at Aspen. She bowed playfully and glanced back the way she'd come from; they would have to travel about two blocks. But at least they would be traveling upwind. "Of course," her tail wagged, "Come on!" Misha bounced a bit where she stood and then set off up the sidewalk, keeping her body close to the abandoned buildings to her left. She watched the streets and alleys as they moved, occasionally glancing over her shoulder to assure herself her new companion was still there. When they reached a dead end alleyway, she turned in and skirted the wall until she reached an opening in the brick, hidden half behind a dumpster. Although the exterior was brick, there was a sharp metal on the inside of the wall. If you were too big to gently brush by the metal, you would get cut by it. Inside, however, was a paradise of apartments, and if you managed to find a way into the separate rooms... some had hidden food that could be forced out of weird, human containers. Misha offered the dog a smile and then slipped through the hole. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Aspen Aspen kept pace with her easily, occasionally leaping ahead in exhilaration, thrilled to be running for a reason other than escaping danger. He had to remind himself he was supposed to be following Misha, not the other way around. Forcing himself to slow down he fell behind her again just in time for the sharp turn into the alley. Now that they'd slowed to a walk he became cautious once more and hurried after Misha quietly. He sniffed at the hidden opening curiously once they'd reached it. Aspen was tall, but also very thin. He was sure he could make it if he was careful. He smiled back at her and waited for her to go first before lowering himself to the ground, preparing to crawl through. The hole looked dark from the outside however and he froze, suddenly uncertain. He didn't like dark places. "A-are you sure it's safe in there?" He called after her, eyeing the metal edges again. "Does it get brighter?" Drill "Well push her back up then," he grunted, stopping for the time-being so Zara could get her sister back in place. He didn't even wince when Nyphadora yelped. Pain was a part of life and to be expected after a dog fight. She would have to deal with it. Staying here would do her no good anyway. Once he was sure the doberman was secure he began moving again. He caught sight of another stray eyeing them from the other side of the street, likely he'd heard the commotion and was wondering what all the noise was about. Drill bared his teeth and growled deep and low in his throat. "Get lost!" The mutt's eyes widened and he decided whatever was going on here wasn't worth it, scampering off. Drill snorted. 'Better not come back or I'll shred him,' he thought to himself irritably. "Hold onto her or she'll fall off. We have to go up the steps," he ordered as they approached the porch. "After we get up there you'll have to open the door for us. You know how to do that?" He asked Zara. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 18/06/15 by Topaz (Side) (#33365) |

Zara When she had pushed her sister back up, Ny didn't make a sound and was passed out. She jumped when suddenly Drill snapped at another dog. She began to feel safe around this male, he had helped her sister and instead of letting a stray near, he scared him off. When he asked about the knob she shrugged. "I watched you, I may be able to do it" she held onto her sister as he ascended the porch steps, when they got to the door she turned to it before she used her paws to pull at one side, it turned and clicked open. She pushed it open with her head and looked at him, a triumph smile on her innocent but slightly bloody from Ny. She watched Drill, studied him rather and noticed he was taking a lot of strain from her sisters deadweight body, she hoped he would stick around to help them. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Drill He gave her an approving nod when she got the door open on her own. Zara learned quickly it seemed. That was a good thing. She'd have to be quick-witted to survive in this dangerous new world. "Push it closed behind us," he said as he walked into the living room and let Nyphadora slide off his back onto the couch cushions he'd left on the floor. He sighed in relief to have the weight lifted off his back and stretched before leaning down to sniff at her wounds. "We'll need to lick these clean," he muttered. Some of them looked deep to him and he wasn't sure what to do about that. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Zara She nodded and closed the door. When she heard her sister unconscious body hit the cushions she grimaced. She looked at the male and his now bloodied fur she shivered...so this is the world her sister was hiding her from. "Zara" she said as she neared Ny to lick her wounds, when she started licking she grimaced and backed away not liking the taste of blood. She shivered and looked at the male and licked his muzzle. "Thank you" she whispered, gratitude was written all over her face, she doubted her sister would have survived if he had not shown up. Maybe she could learn from this male as her sister recovered? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Misha/ 1 yr. 8 m./ Mudi Dog Once she had slipped into the building through the brick and metal opening, she stretched her legs and relaxed. It was dim inside the room, which was mostly unfurnished except for a few chairs that had been knocked over to the side of the room. The dog didn't know what the room was used for, but she didn't care. There was a staircase in the corner that led up, into a much bigger room with furniture and mostly-canned-food. However, she'd been working at making a hole in the wooden door into the next room, which smelt more like spoiling food than the current room she kept up residence in. "Huh?" Suddenly turning around, she peaked back out the hole, nearly bumping muzzles with Aspen. Her ears perked and then flattened as she took a few steps back and called quietly, "Yes it's safe. It's a bit dim, but once you're out of the sun, you're eyes will adjust." The dog glanced around, resisting the urge to growl at the large rat she spotted, scurrying off at the other side of the room. Her paws shifted uneasily on the ground; they'd made it this far... but they wouldn't be really safe until they were both upstairs. "Hurry!" 0 players like this post! Like? |

Saorise | Current Location: On the move Lip curling, the windhound offered one last mournful tongue swipe to her raw pads before she leveled herself to her feet. Shaking out her pelt, she cast her gaze across the surrounding area, ears perked for any nearby dangers. Sensing nothing immediate, she began a slow trot around the fringe of the parking lot, heading toward the city. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 18/06/15 by Piper [SC][MP] (#21479) |

Luce could hear frantic paws, two dogs running slightly down a road before it stopped. "Think you can hide." She snarled and followed the voices to a alley. It was a dead end, but at the edge of a dumpster stood a dog, staring at the wall. She crept forwards, a loud bark exiting her muzzle. Aspen was in sight and about to get a chomp taken outta him if he did hide. She looked even more scary then earlier. Her head cocked slightly to one side, her ears pinning back, lips curling, eyes crazed. "Im gonna get you." (Imagine a creepy little girl voice drawling out each word;)) She crept forwards, savouring the fear rolling off the male. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Saorise | Current Location: Entering the City A muffled growl escaped the female's chest as she placed her paw upon the heated turf of the city. Impatient with the pain, Saorise strides fully onto the landscape, turning her attention to the scents and sounds echoing through the streets. Her ears tilted warily, the coppery tone of blood catching in her nostrils. Joy, she thought to herself, her tail tucking subconsciously as she continued on. Not exactly the bravest figure. A fragile egg of confidence straightened her posture a few moments after, a quite self-reprimand reminding her of the danger lurking at her flanks. The least she could do for now was keep her composure. Shriveling into a ball would merely make her an easier target. 0 players like this post! Like? |
