So I was in the shower when I had this idea about a Lion Temple! It will act like slots, but kind of cooler

So you have to pay a small sum of SB, 50 maybe, and it will randomly give you an item.
(Note: There may be a limitation on the amount of times you can sacrifice, maybe once per day?)

You place your offering in the sacred fire... and are presented with a Shoebill Feather!

Something like that. Everyone would receive something, but it's gonna be little.

Then you have the big prizes! I have some suggestions for some, but they are not relevant to the whole game, and may be replaced by existing items.

Lotus Cream
Removes the wrinkles of your lioness permanently!

Old Hyena Bedding
Provides 5 nests for your pregnant ladies! (30 uses total)

Once again, these items are irrelevant to the game as a whole.

If you give a no support, reasons would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Check out my other suggestions!

[1] Achievement for Giving Wishlist Items
[2] Choosing which Marking Slot to Unlock

This suggestion has 136 supports and 8 NO supports.

I was on board until you mentioned the big prizes. The Lotus Cream is okay, but I am against the other two big prizes.

A Turritopsis Jellyfish costs 5 GB in the oasis, which is way more than a measly 20 SB. The item you described is basically just this, but your lion/ess can still hunt, breed, ect. If you never take the item off, your lion/ess is basically just a god.

Not only would your main lion be immortal, but he would be able to keep leveling up forever, therefore making him eventually have more stats than The SAVANNAH PRINCE, who currently has 10,457 without skill. This makes the leading kings leaderboard useless, which may not seem like that big of a deal to most people, but the implications would wreak havoc. You would have an immortal lion who could level up and gain more stats forever, and since they can breed, their cubs would have thousands of stats, and then they could take over as king and give birth, and the cycle repeats. This would especially suck for new players and rolled lions, who may not be able to find anybody with lower stats than them to fight. Also, for the players who don't like studding, the same may happen to them.

With lionesses, pretty much the same thing would happen. The leaderboard would become useless, they would eventually have extremely high stats, especially if you bought more hunting slots for them, and they could give birth to cubs with thousands of stats, who would take over as king... and you see where I'm going with this.

The birthing stone you described is already an item, too. It is called Instant Cub Delivery and is available for 2 GB in the Oasis, which again, is way more than 20 SB. Also, guess what happens when you combine that with the Immortality Stone? Instantly birthed cubs with extremely high stats.

Even if those items were rare, those things would start to happen over time.

I actually really like the idea, though, except for those big prizes. But unfortunately, I'm going to have to say no support for now.

Agreed that the big prizes are too game breaking (also too similar to stuff already in the Oasis). Remove those and this is a decent idea. A nice alternative idea for getting feathers and small items.

They're right about the big prizes being too big and unfair. Perhaps the big prizes could be backgrounds or decor instead, while the smaller prizes would be toys and critters.

I like the "big" prizes (rattle and cream) because the rattle has a purpose, and the cream has a effect on look, like the tiger eye, but not changing the lion to adscolent.

I feel like this would be a good way to get some extra nesting items and toys. Maybe some smaller carcasses like the small turtle.
But it feels like it would be 'too easy' for rarer items.

The cream is a good idea bc I hate having my stores ladies looking so old (I let most of them die naturally and they usually end up living until 15 or close to where they're looking extra old). However, I feel like that would be under the 'rare unfair' part of this. I feel like that should be a whole separate suggestion in itself.

I would suggest adding kudu horns turtle eggs and other small stat items as intermediate prizes

I dislike the baby rattle idea because it's easy to make a nest just by keeping the feathers from explore. If you're going to breed them, have the nesting material ready and more importantly, the mortality feature was added to make it more realistic. If you're going to spend 20-50sb for a raffle, you can go buy a nesting package to keep the cubs from dying in the first place.

So about the rattle..... isn't there already a hornbill majordomo (Spelling?) that does the same thing? Found in monkey business?

It sounds pretty cool! But isn't it sort of similar to the Giving Tree except you have to pay?

It'd be cool if the fire lit up with the level of your prize.

i.e. Low level (feathers, amusement, etc) items could have a normal orange fire

Intermediate level (maybe Kudu Horns/Honey Comb/other stat-raising items excluding Egg Yolk) have green/yellow fire

Rare level (the Cream and Bedding you suggested, as well as some non-GB items like Aging Crystals, Food Bundles and Toy Bundles) could have purple fire

I rather like this idea, especially for the low-leveled items. I really like feathers and bird decor, but sometimes it's a pain to collect them all. Getting another way to collect them would be nice (especially for the Egyptian Goose, the various eagle and hawks, and the Malachite)
