Jack~Shadowhunter
Jack stared at Ethan, he had a larger build, but Jack had the training to take creatures larger, and stronger than this mediocre, down. Jack saw the two girls appear out of the corner of his eye. He still had his weapons belt on, and his long sword was forever by his side. "Actions speak louder than words," Jack said, quietly, but loud enough for Ethan to hear. He remembered how Kade looked when she first came into the building and fell to the floor. His statement had suggested the fact that Kade had told him what Ethan did.

Ethan || Werewolf

"Yeah, I suppose you'd know," Ethan snarled. His hand curled into a fist but he didn't strike the other man. He saw Kade looking over his shoulder and realized she was probably standing on the tips of her toes to even see over Jack's shoulder, and she was on the step above him. She was really short.


Kade || Shadowhunter

Kade bared her teeth in an angry but silent snarl. Her scythe was still in her hand and she would use it if Ethan dared to lay a finger on her friend. She saw the tension in his arm and noticed the way his fist moved into a fist. Her own eyes were glowing from the shadows of the doorframe. Yes, she had gotten purple contacts that glowed in the dark. Carefully, she put a hand on Ethan's shoulderblade, to balance herself, but also to remind him that the door wasn't a good place to have a fight if fists were thrown.

"By Clave law, I am not allowed to hurt you unless provoked." Jack said, in a calm voice. "If you want to throw a punch, do it." Jack said as he noticed Ethan's hand. "Oh, and I do. But I have learned my lesson, and I know how to use it to my use." Jack said. His hands were at his sides, hanging limply.

Kade || Shadowhunter

Kade locked eyes with Ethan and silently dared him. She dared him to hurt one of the few people who actually cared about her. She knew her eyes, glowing as they were, were eerie and she was using to her advantage.


Ethan || Werewolf

Ethan froze as Kade locked eyes with him. "I didn't know she was a Shadowhunter," he whispered, eyes going slightly wide with fear at the expression on her face. Kade looked absolutely vengeful and he had no doubt she'd destroy him without a second thought if he hurt Jack. "But why does she even care about you so much?! What makes you special? Is it because you're like her or is it something about me?"

Cylena|Pixie

Cylena watched silently, not moving, except to shift forward slightly when Ethan tightened his hand into a fist. The wereeolf wouldbe a fool to attack all three of them in their home territory. She glanced at Jack when he spoke. The Clave had said nothing about her not being able to attack first, but she respected the rule given to her hosts, so didn't strike

Jack gave Ethan a look of astonishment. "What?" He asked. "What are you even asking me?" He asked. He looked back at Kade, and then back to Ethan. "Why does she like me? That is the stupidest question I have ever heard!" He said. He then decided to answer the question. "First, have you seen me? Who wouldn't like me?" He said, without a laugh. "And second, a family protects each other. Now scat." Jack said, moving his hands as if he were trying to push a mouse outside with a towel.

Dimitri/Warlock

"Now, That isn't entirely true now is it, little hunter?" A tall slender man appeared out of, quite literally no where. It wasn't obvious where he had portaled from, but his fingertips were still displaying a few dying green sparks. "I know of that both of your parents have left you and your friends for Idris, it is unclear when or if they are coming back. I may not know much of family and protecting others, but that doesn't seem quite right to me, anyone else?"

Kade flinched as the warlock came from seemingly nowhere. "They're only gone for a few more days," she pointed out, sliding a bit to Jack's side so that her back was too his arm. "Who are you, anyways?"


Ethan || Werewolf

Ethan snarled again in impatience. He couldn't shift here and fight this person properly but his fist flew through the air towards his face.

Kade noticed the motion and flicked her scythe up to stop the hand which she managed, and then leveled the blade so it rested around Ethan's throat. All she had to do was pull it and he'd be dead. Probably. Her sober rage was burning like dry ice on bare skin and she almost forgot the warlock in it.

Cylena||Pixie

Cylena managed to keep her calm when the warlock appeared, but winced inwardly at the comment about Jack's parents. Sure, they had been gone a long time, but they were coming back... Right? She pushed it out of her head, willing the warlock not to get into her head. She looked the newcomer up and down, and tried not to feel nervous; sure she had powers, but they weren't nearly as intense as a warlock's.

As soon as a warlock appeared and Ethan's fist flew, Jack crouched down and drew a seraph blade, whispering "Gadreel" It's bright light shown as it flared up. He looked to see Kade's scythe at Ethan's throat. "Who the bloody hell are you?" He asked the figure who just appeared.

Dimitri/Warlock

"Well Well Madam Kade has quite the tongue, Can't imagine what it's like when she's drunk... Oh no, no need to fret i'm not one to meddle with the nephilim, I know you punishments and prefer to stay away."
Instead of answering their questions Dimitri raised several more, It was a technique he'd learned many years ago when he lived in China.

A quick glance around to take in the scenery, he was quite amused by the scene in front of him, two shadowhunters. a werewolf, and a pixie. Seemed like a setup to a bad joke. "If you'll pardon me, I could use a small game of catch-up. Miss Wolfwater, if you'd care to explain, last I knew you and this young man.. Ethan? I believe, were doing quite well with your friendship, yet now you hold him and knife point? And sir Jack stands down for once? I had taken him for quite the outspoken fellow. Still yet the pixie? With her mouth shut? I do suppose the world still can change."

Jack looked at the thing that won't shut up. "One, shut up and answer the question." Jack said. He reverenced so that he wouldn't hit Kade's scythe as he stood. "Two, who the bloody hell are you?" Jack asked again.

Cylena was only mildly surprised that this Warlock knew about them all. All their names, except perhaps her, she wasn't sure yet, and their doings. She did recognize the tactic of raising more questions instead of andwering; it was a popular technique among farires, since they couldn't lie. "Hey, I believe dodging questions is my job." She forced a smile, swallowing her nervousness as she stepped towards the warlock. "Now tell us who you are, and no more dodging, please." The pretty pixie knew force was definitely not the way to go with this.

Kade frowned and her hand trailed down to Jack's wrist, the one that didn't hold her scythe in place. "Calm down," she whispered. Louder, to the warlock, she said, "He knew my limits when we became friends but he tried to cross the line one too many times." Yeah, the warlock didn't need to know but whatever.

"Why miss Kade, I knew of the line he crossed after all it is the reason I came here."

He turned his attention. "Ah yes, Cylena, dear." His eyes flashed to the pixie. He wasn't fond of her closeness but surely had handled worse. "Quite a beautiful name, yes? The moon goddess. hm. Well, maybe not anymore with your exile and all, but your little angel friends don't know about that." He wiggled his fingers,"but since you said the magic word, of course. You can call me Dimitri. There is too much power in a name to reveal it all, perhaps one day I shall tell you all your names." The warlock smiled mischievously, and lapsed into silence.
