I think trades should expire in 30 real days(30, 24hr periods aka real world days) not 30 long-in days(days in which the player is logged in). Almost all of the trade's I've looked at for lions I want, that don't have a buy out, the owner hasn't logged in 3+ months which is kind of annoying fishing through them to find lions I can buy or make an offer on. Example: I make a trade on Sept, 6 2015(day 1) it would expire after Oct 5th, 2015(day 30). (Edited a few times for clarification) |

Support support!! It's annoying, especially if they do not play anymore. Plus it would clear some space in the trading center. ![]() |

No support. I personally say lower the real life day thing as 30 game day (LD game day changes every hour) is awfully short. Maybe make it so that the trade expires 15-25 days upon creation? ![]() |

Than that be 1 real life day as roll over happens once every 24 hour after previous rollover. Not to mention, Whose rollover would it be following? The creator or everyone else? Because not everyone rolls over when it happens/for the day. ![]() Edited on 06/09/15 by :||W H I T E O U T||: I.R.I.S. (#34167) |

#34167 I mean the WHOLE game roll over(24hrs) not the creators because there are trades still active with no buy out from people who haven't logged in since April so they never expire. So 30, 24hr periods, from the day it was created. ![]() |

So I'm just getting that you're suggesting that the trades expire 24-30 hours upon creation...? Isn't that a bit too... Short? ![]() |

Whiteout, NO, are you even reading what I'm typing? Never once have I said it should expire in 24-30HOURS. What I'm suggesting is the trade should expire in 30 DAYS like if you look at the clock in your house and watch it go from 12am (0:00) all the way back around to 11:59pm (23:59:59)that's a day. 30 of those 24 hour periods. NOT sun up to sun down in the game which happens 24times in a said 24hr REAL LIFE period. So like if I made a trade today Sept, 6 2015 it would expire Oct 5, 2015. Right now it seems like trades expire in 30 days but only if the player logs in every day in those 30 days. So if they make the trade on April 5, 2015 and then never log back in the trade NEVER expires. ![]() |

Ohhhhhhhhhh.... Oops. Sorry, I'm really slow. I support then :I Do they seriously follow the creator's time of creation? ![]() |

Just a side note-- trades dont expire. Ever. They never got rid of the countdown, but once you out a trade up, its up until you cancel it or an offer is paid through. ![]() |

Well then even more needed. Weeding through trades that will never be accepted sucks... ![]() |

But they took it out because the coding got screwed up. They can't reinstate it without messing the coding up again. I'm not saying I don't support it, because I think a trade expiration would be great, I just don't think it's very practical. ![]() |

If they could figure out the coding with out messing up the coding again it would be very practical. I don't know about you but wading through trades that will never be accepted because the person left the site gets annoying... ![]() |

It makes the process a bit more tedious, but before I seriously consider a trade without a buyout option - especially when it comes to lions - I check the player's/seller's last log-in date. If it was, per se, three days ago, I wait another two days before checking in again.... If I'm that dedicated to getting what's offered. I really wish they have an automated cleanup system of sorts - I know that would require some serious coding and space, so obviously I don't expect that to happen. Still..... Totally support the idea but not clicking said button until something comes up that says this suggestion is possible. ![]() |
