This is an official clan thread for the The Artists of Lioden Clan! The Artists of Lioden- Who are we?-The Artists of Lioden is a family specifically for, you guessed it, all the artists on Lioden. Here there will be contests, group YCHs and pretty much anything art related that you can imagine. Requirements?-The only requirement is that you are an artist. You don't need to have an art shop set up 24/7, or an art shop for that matter, but even a little bit of artistic skill is required. So what's the point?-The point of this group is to bring all of Lioden's artists closer and to help everyone, in this group or not, to find an artist they would like to commission. Yep, whole threads will be dedicated specifically to advertising YOUR art! This sounds great! How do I sign up?-All you have to do is send a join request here and comment on this thread and you're in! Thats because everyone else went silent. Even my other clans are like that. The only other person I've heard from in my other Clan is the founder. Which is sad, since there's supposed to be like 80 ppl in it. Question for ya, what color do you breed for, NaiPherah? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Everyone watching it is allowed to chat. As long as you're not being rude or Trolling I don't see why you can't join in any discussions. Especially anything actually involving Art. And questions, thoughts, opinions, helps, tips you want- We're artists here, to enjoy the Digital company of other artists. Like all good sociable people. ;) 0 players like this post! Like? |

lol. Yeah, its hard because not so many people check out or chat on the Forum boards. Even fewer of us pay attention to anything outside out Pride. Its a flaw not restricted to just the Artists. Most of the players on Lioden don't talk to each other. Or at least, that's been my (limited) experience. The only people I regularly talk with are the Clan leader of my other pride, one of my friends and the Staff when I have a problem. I've occasionally tried to give some helpful hints and critiques here on the Artists' board, but generally I don't think people listen or talk at all. When they want someone to talk to, they find someone in the Real World to speak with. Otherwise they just wanna raise thier Digipets. 0 players like this post! Like? |

lol. You might be the first person I've met like that. I'm not obsessed... I just prefer certain looks. I'm not a fan of lots of patterns, they make the cat's look ugly. It has too much going on on the lions, and they just look... Wrong. Especially in the Red-phase, where so many of the colors just don't go with the base coats I get. Its an Artsy thing. If they look horribly ugly then their cannon fodder. Or if their Drawfed. Ugg. horrible terrible thing to ever create. I kill them out of sheer spite. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't really mind any of the mutations, except sometimes the mane mutations, I think some of them are u-g-l-y, but I'd keep them because they are valuable and I just look away when looking through them :p. I am not sure what I like to draw. Everytime I start a drawing, I end up hating it. But I would say I mostly enjoy drawing unusual creatures, things I've never drawn before. Mostly monsters, I'd say. What about you guys ? What do you enjoy drawing? 0 players like this post! Like? |

lol. Seiden, thats the opinion of every artist I've ever met. I draw a lot of things. Mostly fantasy. I like to draw creatures more than backgrounds, and have a specialty for anatomy that makes me pretty good at anything living and lets me put it into whatever position I want. I really enjoy drawing things in flight. Owls, eagles, dragons (please pardon any spelling errors) Pheonix, angels, demons, sphinx, gryphon- you get the idea. I'm not shabby at people either, I haven't posted anything to Deviantart in a long while despite that I was suposed to not long ago.
