**New Rule!!! I will now incorporate a maximum bid limit, as prices got to high and had some other issues. So here is the new rule:
-each adoption will have a maximum bid.
-bids can only go up by 1gb 500sb max!
-maximum bids are NOT auto-buys, its only so the bids don't get terribly high.
