These might be subject to change in far future but for time being these ideas will be auto-rejected to not break the game: these will be added as time goes, or addressed in news for whole community if these are considered to change. ACCOUNT: Appearing as offline Trading event currency between non-linked accounts EXPLORE: Free EXP/impression/currency by just ticking explore steps GB In explore Finding cubs in explore BREEDING: Inbreeding effects Mutations inheritance - restricted to special items/mutations at this point Submales able to breed GAMEPLAY: Gaining mood from eating food - restricted to few event items Item to remove breeding cooldown entirely Lioness going into heat after getting rid of her cubs Making lions younger New battling animal/pet types LION LOOKS: Albino base being renamed - it was added before the Achromia mutation, and we will not be changing the name Double mutations - Lioden's coding is not designed to work with it, and art team is not big enough for such task. OASIS: Customizing Lioness instead of creation SB to GB converter in Oasis [++] in your topic titles means it's on a list to talk about during development meetings. It was abandoned in 2018 as amount of threads rose exponentially. [vv] in your topic titles (mutation subforum only) means that the mutation you suggested has been approved and is planned. We are NOT obligated to explain why I am rejecting your idea. We have the right to delete old suggestions without notice due to them being re-suggested 10000 times or having no comments/supports or being outdated. When considering suggestions, we firstly look at the thread's content. Then we think if it's breaking the game or improving it. Then we read comments/thoughts and see if the support amount is really pushing it forward. Everything matters. If you post a suggestion that is pre-rejected, it will be automatically rejected, with or without a reason stated. |

@[109642] people would be customizing every lioness they get. and most of the type rare bases and special eyes just wouldn't be rare or special anymore when the feature will be abused and all. 0 players like this post! Like? |

As for submales breeding, found this online: "Lions live in prides that consist of one primary male lion, several females and one or two lesser males. The primary male mates with his lionesses. Females might also mate with more than one partner. Several females are likely to be in heat at the same time. The pride leader, with first dibs on females in heat, might tire of them during their cycle; that's when the lesser males get an opportunity." So yeah, submales in lion prides DO get a chance to breed with females. Maybe not all the time, but it DOES happen. People saying it never happens are clearly incorrect. 0 players like this post! Please consider adding "marking slot/color changers" in there? This suggestion keeps popping up and every single time it gets torn up. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Could someone link me to a post that explains why submales being allowed to breed would be hame breaking? That really doesn't make any sense to me tbh. I can kinda get the inbreeding for mutations I guess tho 0 players like this post! Like? |

Irl they don't breed, they only do it after the main male has. And having submales able to breed would mean no one would need a king, and it would effectively make stat gaining easier for them, since they can patrol 24 times a day or more, which would then break the whole challenge of stat breeding: it would also mean people wouldn't have to buy GB because they wouldn't have to retire their king if they have a good submale as a substitute 1 player likes this post! Perhaps add on there the following suggestion: If Raffle Lioness winners are not on for a week, they no longer get the RL and the RL is rolled again. It just seems so unreasonable and stupid, it's not the person's fault if they dislike the game or just can't play anymore, and I'm pretty sick of all the arguments happening when someone brings up this idea, or suggests a dumber idea that then gets them harassed in chat for it and they get all offended. Just because they're online doesn't mean they shouldn't be the winner, and it's unfair on them if they return, found out they won it from chat, or a message, and then see that it's been taken away from them for inactivity, which they might have not been able to actually control; it's just not fair to take away a prize they rightfully earned. EDIT: And, the person who suggested it would be furious themselves if they couldn't come onto lioden for a week or longer and their prize was revoked. 0 players like this post! Like? I believe that sub males breeding would also make less limitations on how you get mutations and/or rosette markings possibly? (Could be wrong) In that way it would totally break the game of how breeding already works. If you could just breed sub males all the time (or at all, even with limitations on how much you breed them) you will only want to really breed them especially if they're much better than your main male. It also makes avoiding inbreeding for those who don't like the feature much harder to accomplish, but it's not like that part matters anyway considering inbreeding doesn't change anything besides the fact you'll probably have a lion that would be priced much less. Getting mutations easier will decrease prices and yadda yadda yadda... Guess we don't need any inbreeding effects since the lioden community already causes affects to lions that are inbred. Again I could be wrong though so don't take my words at face value I suppose? Edit cuz I remembered something: Sub males can get a build up of stats from patrols, meaning you can get high stat cubs much more easily which will also change things drastically on how breeding works. Stats on lions will be incredibly high and newer players will have to catch up to other people much more than they already have to do. 0 players like this post! Like? ^^ agreed. also, it means you don't have a need for a king tbh, and most would have loads of mutated subs just to try and pass on muts [specifically male-passing muts like primals] 0 players like this post! Like? |

Unsure if I disagree or not, but this isn't exactly a pet game. It's a simulation based on real life. And beetles are used for fighting for currency, not as pets as far as I know. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't think lions having pets is realistic. Maybe a companion with a Symbiosis-like relationship I could see maybe. But then again would it be realistic? I don't know. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Is this relalistic: https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?mid=206654 ?? Lions are yellow, and/or orange. And beetles aren't realistic either. Many lions actually take in young animals sometimes. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hey! I wasn't disagreeing with you. And I know that animals will take in other young animals. Which is why I said companion and not 'pet'. Of course, I think it's realistic but I can't just go off my opinion. I got to see if other people will agree. And ofc my King isn't realistic of course there are some made-up elements to make the game interesting it's not all based on rl. But Lions having 'pets' isn't the word I would use. 0 players like this post! Like? |

In simple, again, it isn't a pet game. There are plenty of decors that than act as "pets". And beetles are "pets" enough if im being honest. Also this is a REJECTED SUGGESTION post, so maybe make your own poll on it, and not post here. 1 player likes this post! Like? Edited on 29/05/22 @ 23:56:37 by Rufus (#177615) |
