Essie prowled through the back alleys of Magnolia, her icy eyes flitting over sights she'd never seen before. Strange shops full of wares that were unknown to her, people with funny looking hats, groups of girls that chattered like birds as they fawned over handsome young men. It was very unfamiliar, and she quickened her pace, heading for her new "job."

Once she reached the tall building of the Fairy Tail Guild, she took a steady breath, pulling open the doors.
((By the way, are we filling in for the main characters? Or will people sign up for them as well? :) ))

Kurayami laid sprawled across the two cushioned chairs as she held her stomach, forcing down all the sweets she ate in the morning, her face in an unnatural blue as sweat dripped down her forehead. A seat across from her sat her companion- or Exceed, with a smirk on his face as he watched the infamous powerful mage helplessly saying out her cries as she fought her biggest enemy and curse- Motion Sickness. "W-Why must it be a train-" she was cut off as she gaged, cupping her mouth to surpress herself from making it worse. The Exceed sat, trying to restrain his laughter from the pathetic sight, as he watched the female fail at trying to strain out words. Failing, his laughter roared as the other passengers herded into the corner trying to get away from the chilling death aurora coming from the female. She tried to muster a death glare only to be interupted by the train speeding up, holding her stomach she managed to muster out some words "Why does it seem like he hates me.." she glares while wiping away the excess drool. Mercury finally after his fit of giggles looked at the female and deadpanned "You arnen't the nicest when it comes to new people" he smirked, recalling all the memories of this mission they just accomplished and how the man even paid them more just so Kura could leave and never to come back. "He was asking for it" she spoke out, breaking away his thoughts, he gave her a 'Are-you-kidding-me' look as he explained how exactly he got on her nerves "He was asking if you wanted more comfortable clothing for the night" he reasoned-but of course it went through her ears seeing as she is 'always' right. "When the hell are we getting off this death trap!" she yelled out as she felt the familiar feeling of another wave coming. The exceed silently snickered at her complaints.

Mercury sat on Kura's shoulder as they walked toward their second home, "This is much better then those death traps" she muttered, glaring at the ground almost as if she was trying to kill the helpless flower. "Says you" he sung out teasing his non-animal companion with a cocky smirk across his face, his emerald eyes dancing in mischief. "Really? And your fear of-" she was cut off as she saw the new face by the entrance. Leaving her Exceed friend behind, she ran towards the Guild grabbing onto the females pale hands and welcoming the female with open arms. "Who the Hell are you?"--Maybe not...

Marina laughed. She walked up to Kura. "Hey, back off the newcomer. Even though you're a newly named S-class, doesn't mean you run the place." She grunted. "I'm sorry for the rude welcome, Essie. Come on in."

(Btw, Marina is sort of the master of the place.)

Not long after Mercury ran after Kura, the poor Exceed was gasping for breath as he had to sprint to not get left behind but seeing as its Kuraymi--Thats another story. After regaining his breath Mercury opened his mouth to give a complaint to the dragon slayer, but was interuppted by the voice of the Guild Master. Blushing from embarassment the Exceed bent down his upper half forward into a respectful bow, for higher ups. Failing to understand the tense moment Kurayami was left in her own thoughts "Essie?" she questioned more to herself, "Wait who the hell is Essie? Is she a new member?" she asked rather bluntly, staring at the pale female with judging eyes "What kind of mage is she then?" she focused this question more to Marina then the girl herself.

Redwood sat at the bar, a mug of booze held in his hand. He turned around, leaning his elbows on the counter. He looked down at Bones, who was holding his own little cup between his legs, "You want to go for a job?" He asked, reaching a hand up to run through his black and red hair.

Kodak sat on the stairs that led up to the upper level of the guildhall. He had a hat on his face, leaning his elbows on the upper step and his legs crossed under him. He breathed quietly, pretty much ignoring anything else around him. He occasionally lifted his hat up to take a look at whoever was talking too loudly, but then went back to sitting silently.

Marina nodded. "She is new. Her magic type is Ice Make magic. We don't have one other than her. I presume you to welcome her, but I don't expect you to like her." Glancing down at Kurayami's feet, her eyes raked over the small exceed, and she began to chuckle. "You don't have to be so formal, Mercury." She said. Giving one last look at Kurayami, she spotted Kodak sitting on the stairs and directed herself towards him. She sat down on the steps next to him. "Noisy people, huh?" She asked him, noise erupting from downstairs.

Atlas wasn't paying much attention to the streets of Magnolia, he had been living in these streets and similar ones before. He knew all the tricks and short cuts, the people and the animals, the houses and the stores. He had to or he wouldn't have been able to steal from them, ducking in some alleys he appeared on the street of his destination, the guild house.
Smiling friendly at the girls and cat on the entrance he slipped inside and sat on one of the far tables. Hopefully he managed to avoid Marina, he didn't want to be rude but he met all this people a week ago.

Sugar spotted Atlas and slid across the guild, plopping herself next to him. Her eyes shown playfulness while her face betrayed nothing. "Lighten up. In Fairy Tail, we don't accept frowns." She told him. Sugar found herself staring at his face. One of her keys glowed. Grunting, she stood. "Sorry, I have to go." She told him. Looking at her pouch of keys, she left Atlas. She grabbed the key that was glowing. It was Leo. "Leo, what do you want?" She grunted. Summoning the legendary lion, she listened to what he had to say. Her eyes widened at the end and she nodded. "I'll speak to Marina about it." And without saying anothere word, she closed his gate and spotted Marina. She was sitting on the stairs.

Kodak took the hat off of his face, revealing a scar across his eye. He look at Marina and paused for a moment, "Yeah." She said simply, stretching his arms above his head, "Not my problem though." He said bluntly, leaning up and putting his elbows on his knees. He let out a slow sigh, running his fingers through his grey hair, narrowing his eyes a little bit. No reason at all, he just did it randomly.

Essie kind of panicked, and grew even more pale than usual. "U-Uh...I'm Ester...hi." She said, eyes wide with fear. She gazed at the woman that gripped her hands, and a low frost covered her. "U-Um, I didn't expect everyone to be so.....friendly." She stuttered, chuckling nervously.
