I think it would be cool if you made it to where when a Drachenhund gets into a fight or gets injured when exploring, you add a scar to them. I would love that, Ignis gets all scarred up and looks even more badass.

Out of your 12 searches, only two bore any real fruit to seeing Drachenhund, and actually getting close! Of those two, you have definitely brought home at least one Drachenhund. :) However, on your second search, you have found a skittish pup. It seems rather terrified and easily startles, likely due to the fact it does seem to be injured. It looks to be an old injury that has healed, but this still makes it hard to get near the pup.

You have two choices. Do you try to tame it? Or do you let it go to be found another day?

You have also recovered four items: a pink and yellow scarf, an opal gem, a silver bracelet, and bracers (gold).

You slowly approach the cowering pup, wondering if it will bolt. After some soothing words, and slow approaching, you kneel down next to the pup and gently pick it up. Though it whines and nips at you, it soon settles down in your arms. Looks like this pup is coming home with you, though it is quite heavy! Can you carry it back all the way home...?
