This is also an interest-check for this RP series. I'm looking for some form of literacy along with it, so be prepared for a wait as I look through everything.

OUTLINE:
Jeucury. A planet of many mysteries. Humans inhabit the area, but... These aren't the humans that we're used to. Since the beginning of humanity, humans have been exposed to strange powers. Some have the ability to summon elements, and that caused society to evolve at an alarming rate. Fire, electricity, water, ice, wind, and earth...

Scientists have looked into the DNA anomaly that causes this. What part of it does this? Some think they have isolated it...

They developed an "injection". People paid high prices to test it. To see if they would gain these mysterious powers.

It failed... But not completely.

They gained powers beyond belief. Some that came from comic books. These powers started to be passed down from their parents...

That was 30 years ago, not a long time at all.

Some time after this, people started noticing something. A group rising up in the shadows. People called it "Biohazard", based on their symbol that they use. Who are these people? How many are there? What are their motives??

ELVES
There is a race of humans who want to purify themselves. These are known as the Elven races, or the Elves. Smaller than normal humans and with pointed, sensitive ears, they live in the woods away from the "corrupt" and "filthy" humans. Usually more in-touch with nature than humans, there are two main types of elves. Both types will disown any who leave for the humans' society. They only hae naturally-occurring abilities. Elves are studied by humans, although almost no elves are aware. Elves tend to live very long lives, ranging from 200 years to 300 years.

GROUND
Normal elves. Usually under 5 feet, sometimes in lower 5 feet. Light-colored eyes usually, skin color ranges from pale to tan.

AERIAL
The most violent of the two, they will often allow themselves to be hired as mercenaries to humans, but only if it benefits them as well. Smaller than even ground elves, their bones are slightly hollow like a bird's. They have feathered wings on their back, usually colored shades of grey. Their eyes are bright colors, not common in humans. (Ex: Teal, Red, Lavender, ect.) They tend to attack lone travelers. Shut-ins in the woods have trouble with them. Their feathers are long and course.

SHUT-INS
Humans who live in the woods. They always have the threat of elves attacking over their heads, so they know how to protect themselves. They don't like going into town usually. Almost always introverted.

Wait, we have heroes now??
Now that we know a little bit about this world, let's just look at something really quick. About "Heros" and "Villains".

You see, Biohazard... They're considered a villainous organization, are they not? The government wants to know who they are, what their motives are, and how to get them out of the picture. It isn't so much a power thing, but if some people start thinking that Biohazard wants to overthrow the government? Maybe they'll like the idea.

So the government started an organization. It's pretty much unnamed, but other than that, it's great. It's a work in progress, but it gives the people something to look up to. Actual superheroes.

Out of a few of the schools surrounding the area, a few students were chosen to be part of this organization. Of course, not from the smaller towns, but from the big one not far from where this is all happening. Some people remark that they are even as mysterious as Biohazard in the fact that the government wishes to keep their identities a secret for now...

ALL OF THE HEROES ARE NPCS UNTIL OTHERWISE NOTED.



DA RULES:
1: No mary-sues. Don't be perfect, although it is understandable if something happens with a power that someone might have.
2: I'm going to limit how many people can have a power. Not many people are going to be able to afford the injection itself.
