Buying: Character Design

Hello! I am looking to buy a character design, but since I am horrible at creating designs, I decided to make it into a little competition. c:

Prizes:
First Place: A lionmeat and an African Pink Violet decor with 5 uses
Second Place: 1gb
Third Place: 300sb

How It Works:
You will be designing me a character, not for free of course (the prizes are listed above). There will be three winners. Meaning, that the top three placing designs will belong to me , If you don't win, you may keep your design and the rights to it, however I may PM you about possibly buying the design.

Rules & Tips:
1. This must be your own work , meaning you may not use lineart. The work must be original.
2. Again, if your character places in the top three, that character will now belong to me, and I will then own the rights to that character.
3. If you read the rules, comment "banana" in your post
4. If you plan on entering please post on this thread, so I am aware.
5. This contest ends next Wednesday, however I reserve the right to extend this contest if I feel I do not have enough entries.
6. This character must be a dutch shepherd. No foxes, wolves, hyenas, etc. are allowed. If you don't know what a dutch shepherd looks like, you may google images of one.
7. Art quality does matter, and it'd be preferred if the art were digital as, it is much easier for me to see the colors then.
8. The more art of the character, the higher the chance you will win.
Ex. You are more likely to win if you enter with a full ref sheet, rather than a simple fullbody
9. You may ask any questions you would like, though I'd prefer if you PMed me for questions.
