I have a character I might use, but just making sure that he would be allowed. Basically he is a bachelor humanoid / wolf shapeshifter. His skin is dark red when in human form, and is slightly larger than average in wolf form. I can remove this (or not), but he can also manipulate fire.
So would this be allowed? I understand if not.

Bran Stark is a greenseer/warg, meaning that he can warp into any animal's mind and control it for a short time. So, naturally, he's a very inquisitive person, and tends to get himself into trouble due to his personality, but he still seems to know his limits. His very family-oriented, although he did travel away from his ancestral home. Despite losing his legs, (although, in this roleplay, I'm gonna have him as a normal, walking person. Let's just say he regained the use of his legs by some random weirwood magic.) he used to be rather optimistic, and was rather brave for the condition he was in. He used to love to climb until his eighth year, when he lost his legs, but now, as a seventeen year old, he is starting to become interested in it again. He's normally a really sweet guy.

Jojen is very protective of Bran, being the kind of guy who deters most away. He is a greenseer as well, having shown Bran his path to becoming a warg, and tends to see the future in short glimpses during his dream states. He gives great advice, and is very wise for his age, as his advice saved Bran's life more than once. He was the one who helped Bran regain the use of his legs. He cared about him so much that he journeyed miles just to get him to the place that would save him. He's very loyal. sticking to his lover's side whenever he needs him to. He can seem cold at first, but he's actually rather friendly.

She is shy to the point of being anti-social. Easily spooked and hates to go outside for more than a walk or food, Arcadia could be called a hermit. When she does go in public places, it's hard for her to blend in. Her interesting fur draws attention to her along with her small size.

Home: Used to live in a forest, due to being a wolf. Now she lives in a small cottage on the outskirts of town.
