In the near future, people have become... er... different. Different mental illnesses appeared, and asylums opened up again. Doctors forgot all about what the Hippocratic oath was. Amidst all this mess, scientists came up with a vaccine, a vaccine to prevent the illnesses.
But then, there came the side effects, insanity, murderous qualities, intense distrust . Although the drug was banned, it was still manufactured and sold in places. Spies were hired to put an end to the "Wake of the asylums". Would they succeed, or would they fail?

Rules:
1. 1 Spy from each country
2. fade to black if needed
3. don't leave for 2+ weeks without notifying one of the rp helpers (to be chosen soon) or me
4 .have fun
5 . try balancing genders
6 . only have the amount of characters you can control
7 . no overly perfect/ weak characters. Sure your character can escape a wild cat with no injury but... you know. don't make it so stupid. like you know, the cat killed your char :)
