Kyle sighed as Arye walked away. "Maybe you shouldn't butt into conversations next time, eh?" He called out after him. "Jerk." He said at a normal volume. He looked at Alula who seemed to be looking for an escape route. Figures...I would frighten her too. He wanted to say something but he wasn't sure what exactly sure what. He simply sat there, once again drawing in the mud. If she elft, she left. It wasn't uncommon for people to leave him when he wanted the company. He would glance at her occasionally though.

Aspen shrugged. "I don't know, but if they're caves in in. It's cold and we should start a fire." She stated before moving a bit faster. She wasn't made for this weather, and it would only get colder later, when night fell.

Sly

Sensing the slightest hint of fear from the female made the male swing his scaly head toward her, his jaws parted slightly. He enjoyed making others scared and ‘fed’ of fear to gain the upper hand. His murky eyes studied her every move, only looking away once to notice another Hybrid looking at him, but they quickly returned to other. Sly let out a scoff as she apologized to him, “Apologies are pointless at a time like this.” He spoke though clamed jaws. Slowly he moved closer to the girl, when he was a few steps closer he stood at his full height and crossed his arm over his chest.

“You’re tiny.” He thought out loud tilting his head to the side a little. The hybrid was pretty sure this girl was no threat, and so he had lowered his guard a little. He let out a small sigh as the girl said she was looking for a place to rest, he tore his gaze away from the girl back to the tree he was resting under and grunted. “You can rest here…” he mumbled forcing down a growl. Normally he did not do this kind of thing, but today was an exception.

Sly noticed that some of the other hybrids had gotten into a little argument, he rolled his eyes at them and returned back to his tree and plonked himself back down, leaving some room if the other hybrid chose to rest here too.

Alula
Not finding anywhere to go, she simply continued to stay where she was. Looking over at kyle and catching his glances, however she said nothing and extended her hand, drawing in the mud again. This time drawing what looks like a cheetah and giving him a small smile before it quickly dropped. "Im sorry if I caused trouble kyle...." whimpering quietly.

Arye

Wiping off the blood he had coughed out, He frowned. Walking deeper into the forest, Arye encountered a lot of pesky insects, Which he had killed mercilessly. "Damn insects," He grumbled, Killing yet another mosquito. At this point, He didn't care if he would get caught by the scientists, It's not like they'll be able to find the others after finding him this deep into the area.

Irene

Irene's spine stiffened as the slightly.... okay, much larger male approached even closer, seemingly enjoying her discomfort and wiping the last trace of a smile off her face. Since he obviously didn't appreciate nicities, she figured she would drop the pretenses and crossed her arms over her chest as well, grudgingly tilting her head back in order to keep eye contact. Hearing the 'tiny' comment, her golden-yellow eyes briefly darkened while her ears laid back, resisting the urge to growl and bare her canines. She may be on the more petite side, but his comment was just downright rude, and it wasn't her fault he was just freakishly large. Opening her mouth to snap back at him, she was then taken aback when he offered her a place by the tree to rest, but who was she to resist such a tempting offer.

The spot was well out of the way, so no one would really notice her, and it was sheltered by the multiple branches above, making it quite dry compared to other places. Glancing away as he went and sat down, her gaze was drawn to an argument the broke out not too far away, causing her to shake her head as she walked over and sat down beside him. "Apologies may be pointless, but so are verbal arguments. Though on the flip side, apologies could prevent fighting in general, so are they really so pointless?" She inquired curiously, having gotten over his rudeness already. Something shiny caught her attention as she shifted her wings in order to make more space, spotting a stray glass shard embedded between her feathers that she had previously missed. Releasing a soft growl, she carefully removed it with a few firm tugs, wincing as blood trickled out of the now open wound. Throwing the shard deep into the woods, she turned back to the male and offered him her hand. "I am Irene by the way" she introduced herself.

(um, hello i just joined XD)
Umbra was free, for about five minutes.
her long legs carried her across the muddy ground, into the tree line and the fresh air and she was truly happy- until her horns got stuck in vines. her body made a whipping motion and she hit the ground, hard, neck twisted in uncomfortable way.
umbra tried to stand up and reap the vines but it wasn't that simple. hanging around, hooves barely touching the ground she couldn't even push herself to less vulnerable position.
it weren't the vines she knew, it were wires, and the smell of damp metal made her sick.
she got caught in a hunting trap in her first time outside the lab. damn this freedom.

Araia

She looked around, the place was beautiful. She remembered as a kid playing with cattails and splashing in the pond, but nothing compared to this. "This place is awesome, I wish I could live here forever!" she said with a smile. Her wings stretched out and she flew over to the water fall to check the cave out. She then disappears but pops her head out to signal Blake to follow.

Kyle looked at Alula as he spoke. "You didn't cause any trouble at all." He looked off in the direction Arye walked off to. "Maybe he should have minded his own business." He looked at her new mud drawing and smiled just a tiny bit. "All of us, including Arye need to be there for one another. It might be harder for some but we can make it. " He though for a moment and then added, "We can be one giant screwed up mutated family of sorts. Family fights...And maybe even stabs you sometimes...But we are all we have."


Ahren

She narrowed her eyes as she leaned forward to getting take better look as she walked. Her tail lazily swished side to side as she spoke very carefully. "Aspen, I think those are buildings." The lioness suddenly shook the remains water off her body involuntary, the cold sudden in seeping through her clothes...Or at least she finally noticed she was cold. She wrapped her arms around her body to attempt to keep some heat in.

Arye

It had been a long while since Arye had stopped walking, He instead was leaning on one of the various trees there. His chest hurt, It wasn't just some heartburn or something, It hurt a lot. Arye mumbled profanities under his breath, And bursting into yet another coughing fit.

(Well is that a good thing that he resembles your OC or a bad thing? Not sure but I promise I made this guy up literally in five minutes...Then proceeded to get him stabbed. ^^' Oh right. Sick doggy genes. Question, would he have a shorter life span? I'm waiting for Flora to respond before I do so can we take this talk to OOC? :) )

(It's a good thing, I think. Same for Arye, I just grabbed one of my favourite dog breeds and turned it into a human-oid thing, And he probably would, Since caucasian shepards only live up to 10-11 years, So he would probably die a couple years earlier if he were to live his entire life. We probably should take this into the OOC chat)
