I just wanted to state that applications on the first page were made nearly 2-3 days before I even posted mine. I thought it was unfair for someone who wanted a spot with a character idea (( and the potential to get the Form done )) that was already claimed, but had to wait one someone who should have already finished their form. I stated on Owlpaw's form that if Paladin chose to, I'd like to nominate him for Medicine Cat Apprentice due to the applicant Character (( Honeypaw in this case )) was not completed, altered, or touched for 2 days. I understand many are busy with real life and there are effects that cause problems, but they shouldn't carry over to others. It's like taking your anger out on a friend! Also, on the threat of dropping the Rp: There are 7 pages of posts, and from personal experiences, I know how easy it is to scroll past posts on the forum. Paladin could have accidentally scrolled right over your reply and mine. Or decided to weigh the Pros and Cons and is currently taking their time to decide who gets what spot. Patience is needed, and threatening to drop leans toward an immature way of handling the situation. Paladin will choose who gets what spot as it's their Rp; we can't do anything to influence their choices. Sending them a PM will just make the situation worse, as we've addressed it on this forum for about 1.5 pages of it. There's no reason to launch into an uproar over a position in an Rp! Yes but, others have had it reserved and got it. So it's only fair that Mini gets it not you. I have had problems with them miss reading my posts but, they put it to the way it should of been when I message them. It would also help if Paladin read all post or looked on here whenever she's on. Others may have reserved and had their spots, but Paladin could have possibly forgotten to mark Honeypaw as Medicine Cat Apprentice. Which means there's no reason to say that it's unfair of me to have the spot without knowing the whole situation. We're all human and make mistakes, we shouldn't make that big of a deal over a spot in an Rp. Paladin will give the verdict and we'll deal with it. We both have an equal chance of obtaining the rank either way, and we have no input on the decision since it's Paladin's Rp. It's also quite easy to Misread posts, and many on Lioden are from different countries and might have different primary languages. Not to mention the tone can't be read or there might be typos. Paladin might have skimmed, they can't reread an entire page to ensure they read a post, and there's not a reason to blame them, rush them, or get angry with them. Maybe they had to pop on and feed their lions before leaving for something in real life. There's no way to tell! All we can do is be patient and allow Paladin to take their time. Not to mention that you can't read a post if you accidentally skip it or don't see it. So let's all just wait, it's that simple. 0 players like this post! Like? |
