Mankind has used up most of Earth's resources. The richer people and world leaders have left to a planet now more rich than Earth. The poorer people have been left to die. Their homes have withered away, and their pets have died from lack of proper care and attention or have left. Or, been eaten. Everyone now fights to live their longest and recover the Earth, or some fight to contact the others and be brought to safety. The Earth is dry and barren, luxury foods and a bed to sleep on are no longer an option. Signup Thread is HERE! Tribes A tribe, or a group, is a gathering of people who will stick around with each other to survive. There can be as many as 6 leaders, the oldest will have the most responsibility and power. However, each leader must be 16 years of age or older. Eastern Tribe: This is a somewhat large group of people that live in the Eastern Territory. They have the smartest leaders and are kind. They would be a good choice, but they have the least food out of all of the other tribes. Western Tribe: The smallest tribe, their leaders however are not very great. They live in a wasteland of useful items, however. They use those items to trade for food or water. One of the most dry territories around. Northern Tribe: This tribe has a lot of older members, even some elders. They are very caring and have MANY members. They have a lot of food. This sounds like a great tribe to be in, but they get raided often. Some of their members even get murdered in cold blood. Southern Tribe: This tribe will survive no matter what. They have a working well. Unfortunately, it is slowly drying up and only respected ranks get as much as they want. They almost never get raided, for they are the strongest tribe. The leaders are very strict, if you don't obey them you will get beaten. If you do worse, they may even kill you. And eat you. Truly, this tribe is only fit for specific members. Nomads : Nomads are lone wanderers that do not belong in a tribe. They have less of a chance to survive and it's best they avoid any tribe territory. Character SheetsNo thread generated. Trinket spotted another rock flying through the air, but this time it was heading towards her. She ducked back behind the rock just as it hit the boulder right where her head had been. A piece of the boulder broke off and hit her on the forehead, making her wince. She brought her hand up to her head and felt a scratch that, luckily, was only slightly bleeding. She could tell the person didn't likely have the intention of killing her, as there are much, much better methods than rocks out there, but whoever was there definitely wasn't doing this with good intent... that point was made pretty clearly. What now? she wondered. Should I throw something back? Or try to escape? Or maybe simply wait? She began to nervously tap the boulder behind her before reaching for a rock near her. She paused for a moment, hand still outstretched. Is this the right thing to do? Well... there's never a true 'right thing to do', is there? she thought as she grasped the rock in her palm. Little did she know that while she was making up her mind one stranger hiding behind the large boulders became two. She carefully rose from behind her cover and stared at the place where the rock had been thrown from. She was shaking ever so slightly as she nervously tossed the stone back and forth. Her gaze didn't match her nervous actions at all, she glared evenly at the rock she guessed was the hiding place. As she readied an underhand throw, she remembered the ring in her palm. She threw the stone harshly at the hiding place, watching it crack against the rocks she'd aimed at. Immediately after that she opened her palm to inspect the ring more closely while still remaining cautious of a response. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Rogue // Female // 17 Location;; near western tribe, stalking about somewhere close Mentions;; Dale & Trinket As she stared at the male, squinting her eyes slightly, she'd hear something thump against the rock she was hiding behind and cursed under her breath. "Fuckin' hell." She'd let out a groan and collect a couple of more rocks, clear that her small sort of fun turned into something dangerous, again. "You keep quiet and run when i tell you." Rogue demanded before peeking through the spanish moss bed that shielded the boulder to see the female was waiting, staring straight at her hiding spot. "Huh, alright princess lets start this thing." She'd snicker slightly as she tossed a rock across to the female lightly before sending another force filled one across the landscape to the female, a low growl escaping her lips as she did. If the first rock were to distract her, the second would hit her. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Blake Nox :: 18 :: Near the Western Tribe :: Mentions: (Open.) Blake sat in the shade below a hastily constructed lean-to carefully picking at his nails with the dull side of his single knife. The roof of his shelter was made of an old, tattered blanket he had found, and was dangerously close to slipping off the flimsy posts it rested on. Nox ignored his temporary residence's certain demise, and continued scraping at his fingers. However, he quickly dropped the knife and picked up his gun after he thought he heard a noise. Nox thumbed at the safety to switch it off as he surveyed the barren area through the gun's sight. "Nothing," he muttered after the crosshairs has skimmed over every visible space. Blake clicked the safety back on and set the gun down beside him, huffing a sigh of relief as he did so. Of course, it was as soon as he relaxed that his lean-to's roof gave in, and the blanket fell on top of him. Nox grumbled, threw the blanket off of him, and stood up. He had lost his watch a few days ago, so he looked up at the sun to try and guess what time it was. Blake decided it wasn't too late to head back West towards the Western Tribe, he had passed them not too long ago, and their settlement was just a few miles past the horizon. However, his final destination was Eastward, and he didn't like the idea of backtracking. Nox eventually caved in to the idea of resting in an old car, packed his things back into his backpack, and started trudging West. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Dale|14|Mentions; None as of now. Dale curled up in a ball, confused of what was happening. He whispered quietly to himself. He looked around thinking about running off. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 18/02/16 @ 15:47:43 by Zypheria ☯ (#49415) |
