A raising chance that the lower karma you get, the more likely your lionesses will kill your king and you have to start from ground zero. They might also kill evil-oriented sub-males.

1. Breeding items like buffy balls, lion scrotum, crb, black stallions etc all become available for year round purchase at monkey business for 100 sb

2. Brood mothers are removed and so cub mortality rates skyrocket, leaving you with a 67% chance your cubs will die like in real life

3. Sub males HAVE to be related to your king, much like real life non-related lions would simply battle and try to overthrow each other. They have to be from the same father/mother at least

4. Lioness breeding cooldowns go from 2 years in game to two actual years in real life. This will cause the market to practically collapse as cubs of any sort become incredibly rare

Along the same lines as The Spine Collector's: Lionesses or submales with evil personality have a chance of ramfomly killing other pride members or even your king. If an evil submales kills your king, he is automatically made your king.

Lionesses with lazy personality have a high chance of failing hunts. If they're made a broodmother they only give a very small boost to chances.

Personalities can't be changed either.

New male personality: Pacifist. Your king refuses to fight any battles in explore or against other users.

raffle lionesses become a once a year thing. This would not only stagnate the current RL markings but the yearly lionesses cubs would be so valuable it becomes impossible to buy them unless you're incredibly rich

You can steal other peoples lions like you can battle for territory, except the lion actually leaves the pride and joins yours, and there's no way to protect lions from getting stolen

Frozen lions are now called immortal lions. They are vampires. You have to play with them every day with a high chance of collateral damage (another pride member dies or smth) and they have to be fed once a week with a sacrifice, a lion in your pride who has to be at full hunger and health. If you play or even click on them in the daylight they lose mood and eventually get burn scars, which are not removable.
Your new immortal pride member also has a depression meter that rises with the death of fellow pride members who reside in their den, and spikes with each king's death. When the depression meter is full the immortal lion now acts something like a lethal cub, in which you get a week to a month of your lion repeatedly saying things like "death is inevitable, so why must I suffer this prolonged fate?" and "Eternal means watching all the ones you've ever loved wither away, even from your memory." and "I'm the world's most dangerous predator, Bella" before your lion turns into a bat and flies off into the moonset, never to be seen again. They will not be added to your dynasty.

of course, primal fangs and og fangs will be removed to make way for vampire teeth, but I think it's worth it for the angst

in order to produce hybrids, you now have to claim either a leopardess or tigress to breed to a lion male. These females are only available to claim for a single day a year (April 22nd), they are extremely rare to find, something along the odds of getting the Mukombero encounter. Technically you can claim as many as you like but because the encounter is so rare you'd be lucky to get even one.

Flavour text for the encounter would be something like

'As you explore, you notice a rare beauty emerging from a nearby hedge. It's a rare Leopardess/Tigress that wishes to tag along with you and join your pride. "I was released into the wild as part of some human celebration. My problem is I can't hunt very well. Please, won't you take me in?"' and then an option to either claim, fight, flirt(which will not claim) or ignore.

If you have managed to claim these elusive ladies, you can then begin to attempt to breed your very own leopon/tigon

All base colors and markings that could not be found on a lion in real life are taken out. Not just blatantly unnatural colors like green or interstellar but reds, greys anything but shades of gold and brown.

Only leopons can have rosettes and only tigon's can have mottled stripes.
