She pads into camp and sets the little kit down by the nursery. Her voice sounded soft as she talked to the kit, uncharacteristically warm. "You're ok now Ginger kit." She purred uncharacteristically.

Honeypaw pads in the middle of the clearing and drops the bags and started grooming herself, she had splotches on her fur from the freshkill room.

Honeypaw sees Icepaw pad to het den and pads after her, that cat needed some attention. She crawled in and started batting at her feet. She waited for her response.

She just looked at Honeypaw coldly. She didn't want to get close to another cat, she didn't want to go through that again. So, she laid down in her nest.

Acidfang had no idea what was even going on anymore at this point. It was just a blur. She was running next to Honeypaw and behind Icepaw. Panting to catch her breath again, she gave Gingerkit a small lick on the nose. "You're okay now. Everything will be fine." she assured her. Turning to Icepaw, she asked, "What will we do with the other kit, though? Who would be able to nurse it? I don't have a mate, but I could've sworn I do have milk. I'm not too sure though, it could've just been water from when I accidentally fell in the water at Sunningrocks though." Turning back to the others, she looked down at the kit. "Aww, what a cute little thing you are." she cooed at it.

Honeypaw looked at the cat, she followed her and joined her. She wondered why she was called Acidfang and prodded her in the side. "hey Acidfang". She meowed happily.

Blinking open her eyes, the young kit snuggled closer into her bedding for warmth. Relief spread through her tiny body when she noticed Gingerkit was placed back into the nursery. She knew that they shouldn't wander off because of their small size and because it's a rule that they must stay in camp until apprenticed.
She remembered that she had only 2 moons left until she too would be an apprentice and could learn how to catch prey and help patrol and explore their territory.

HeartClaw pads into camp carrying a rabbit but something is not quite right with it. It has weird black goo on it's paws that doesn't look or smell like mud, she carries and sets it down away from the fresh kill pile and far away from the nursery.

Resting below high rock, he watched his warriors move around and stood up when he noticed Heartclaw carrying a rabbit with a look of worry on her face. Padding over to her, he asked he calmly,
"What' wrong?"

Looks up and gazes at the leader and she says"There is something wrong with the rabbit, but i can't tell, but it smells really funky."

Frowning, he dips his head down and sniffs at it cautiously. It smelled of oil and death, and reminded him of something from when he was a young kit...

*flashback*
Sunkit staggered forward, his one good friend, slowly dying. He watched in fear as Sunkit once again fell to his side, puking up more black liquid. The medicine cat stood by and watched, for there was nothing they could do now. Spiritkit stood by, shoulders hunched and knew that Sunkit was safe in star clan after his flailing paws rested upon the ground, and his eyes glazed over.
*end of flashback*

"We need to bury this far from camp immediately, can you please go and do that, and wash your paws down river far from camp, do not lick yourself." He murmured quietly to her and flicked his tail once.
"I'll tell the rest of the cats once you get back, be careful."

"Yes sir" she replied, and picked it up and dragged it out of camp and walks deeper into the territory and finds a good spot to bury it and she starts digging a hole as soon as it becomes deep enough she tosses it in the hole and covers it back up and puts rocks over the covered hole to keep others from getting it. HeartClaw pads down to the farthest stream in thunder clan territory and she washes her paws and the black goo washed off. She turns around, but only to come face to face with a badger. HeartClaw hisses and un-sheaths her claws.
