September Event: The Harvest

He was padding close to the apprentices, he didn't really notice them as he was busy looking for poppy seeds.. But he was trying to keep the cobwebs from falling out of the leaf he had bundled them in. He spoke out loud because he thought no one was around, "where are those poppy seeds...?"

She perked her ears at Whitetail's voice. "Try looking close to the hills, they're those black seeds." She purred, padding past Whitetail.

devilclaw runs as fast as she could and yowled and then unsheathed her claws and attempted to slash the toms shoulder, she disappeared into the brush, hoping she hadn't missed the toms shoulder

Rootpaw-Windclan

Rootpaw followed her, he kept his head low but followed Spottedpaw's tail. His yellow eyes were saddened, maybe its because his parents were loners. He looked at his paws.

The apprentice looked behind her at Rootpaw. She felt sort of bad for him, he seemed to really look up to that adventure.

he nodded to the apprentice, "thank you" his voice was friendly and noticed how sad Rootpaw looked but, he probably didn't want to talk to him about it so, he left it. He padded over to the hills and found lots of poppy seeds, he found a big enough leaf to put a generous amount of poppy seeds in. he put as much as he could into the leaf and then bundled up the leaf, carrying both leaf packages in his mouth and padded to camp with the supplies.

Quickstep nodded to Echopaw and limped towards the makeshift dens....(Walking quietly).....
When she arrived she looked around. Everything looked different, the dens had brambles holding them up and well..there was more that ONE den. When she left the whole group of cats had been defending just the one sheltered area. She had no idea where she and her kits were supposed to go. She looked confusedly around camp for somecat that knew where she was supposed to be.

Badger padded into the make shift den. He set down the bundle of herbs in his mouth and meowed, "Where is the temporary Medicine cat's den".

Whitetail
he entered the makeshift camp with bundles of cobweb and poppy seeds, he took the to Whitebee and set them down. He looked around at his creations (dens) and hoped everyone would feel safe in them.. He had to go and hunt for food but decided to stick around in the camp, he sat down and started grooming his fur, trying to keep his wounds clean.. the pebbles stuck in his leg wound really hurt.

Spottedpaw trotted through the entrance. She stopped and turned around to face Rootpaw. "Hey, how about I make it up to you when we're warriors. We can try making our own clan like we tried, ok?" She said with a soft smile. Her olive eyes shined in the sunlight.

The young tom smiled, " i think we should try that" he purred as he brushed against her and waved his tail in a temporary goodbye. He headed for the freshkill pile and picked a small rabbit, he laid down and started eating.

The tortoise shell purred back and flickered her ear as a goodbye. She turned her head over to Badger. "I think the medicine den's over there." She said, pointing her tail to a large makeshift den.

He continues to lick his wounds, trying to gently clean them. He looked at all of the bramble den's he had made, he knew which was which because he built them all.. it was funny to him and he didn't know why but oh well..
