September Event: The Harvest

(He isn't down there anymore ;) he is in front of the rubble hehe he got out and is near the den's he had made)
Whitetail
He looked at Badger, his ear flicked, "Nah... can't stop moving.. and I didn't reopen them! They didn't close and that is fresh!" He tail flicked, not wanting to rest.. he is the kind of stubborn cat that is restless if they stay in one place to long. He looked back up at Blizzardthroat, admiring her determination to stop him from doing anything but, before any cat realised what he was going to do, he bolted out of camp and into the territory, he ran until he reached the border and looked back. please don't follow me.. he found a spot under a tree, it was hard to find trees but oh well.. he found one at least and laid under it. He acted like a tough guy but really, he was exhausted, he knew he needed to stop but he couldn't, he would get too restless and he didn't want to stay in one place for long. He laid his head down and closed his eyes, he fell into a light sleep.

Badger growled when Whitetail ran off. "He should have at least let me rap his legs in webs..." Badger huffed.

He slept a light sleep, still alert yet asleep.. he didn't want any surprises while he laid there.. he knew he needed some rest so, he let himself rest for a little bit.. he got restless after a while restlessness is a curse.. he got up, frustrated, and walked around, he then looked down at his new wound. geez.. my luck... again.. why do I have to keep slipping and now I have dang pebbles in my wounds! I feel like a mouse brain but oh well.. I am just happy to be out of camp for some fresh air! he admired nature as he stood there and looked around.

Dewrain
The ginger had left the group alone, seeing as they had it handled, or it seemed so. He slowly made his way out of the camp, deciding that he should try to go hunting or find some way to help his Clan. Taking a glance at the outside of the makeshift camp, he had no idea what he would even start on if he were to help with it.

He caught a glimpse of Dewrain, he padded up to him. "Hi there, you OK?" He thought Dewrain looked a little.. depressed? Sad? He didn't know so, it didn't hurt to ask right? Besides.. he was in pain and always occupied his time so he wouldn't really feel it.

Looking surprised, he looked up. "Ah, I'm fine! Just.. a bit concerned. I don't know what to do." He replied quietly, sighing. In all honesty, he felt quite useless. Whitetail had been working so hard, and yet.. he has done little to nothing.

He looked around, "maybe we could help restock the medicine cats supplies? I think they could use some more cobwebs and poppyseeds.." He didn't know but he thought they might.. he looked down at his injuries and hissed at himself good job.. you get hurt more than what Fire had done to you and you go off and create more injuries for yourself! he then looked to Dewrain, "you know.. I can't really sit still.. it's a curse but oh well.. I try my best and do as much as I can when I find something to do. Believe me.. there is always something to do because of all the injuries cats have gotten, the ones with minor cuts and scratches have to help provide so, we could get those supplies and hunt.. what do you say?" He tried to make Dewrain feel better, his voice was full of kindness and his eyes had a friendly gaze, he was truly easy to get along with.

"We could. I'm sure that'd help the Medicine Cat." He replied, then paused and smiled. "Ah.. yeah, it is a curse. I'd say with your wounds that you need to rest.. but I won't force you." He told him, swishing his tail. He did seem to feel better, his eyes no longer a dull color that it was since he had entered the makeshift camp. It was safe to say that he wasn't exactly wound free either. Minor cuts and scratches were on him as well, but they had stopped bleeding long ago. They did bother him, but he knew that he had better things to do then pout about them.

"You're the first cat to say that" he chuckled then continued, "I know where we can find poppyseeds but, cobwebs are easier to find since they are in almost every hole in a tree.." He paused and looked around, he wasn't a very private cat, he is an open book and he doesn't think anyone would forget that, though he does have his own secrets like other cats, what are his secrets you might ask? They are secrets and he won't tell.. for he is also a closed vault when it came to secrets.. this he was very open with and just blurted it out, not caring that he would be judged or not, "I wonder what it would be like to have kits.. or a mate for that matter.. I really want a mate and kits of my own, you know? But oh well.. if I can't then it's not meant to be.." He stood up, looking for the direction he had gone to the poppyseeds..

Dewrain
The ginger seemed surprised by the topic change as he listened to Whitetail, then chuckled. "Don't worry 'bout it. I'm sure you'll find someone." He told the other, giving a smile. "Now, shall we head off to find some poppy seeds and cobwebs while the sun is up? We can continue talking about whatever, while we're at it." Dewrain was more of a closed book kind of cat, though sometimes he would slip up and talk about his own life. He didn't like talking about it, but he would sometimes.

With her legs sore, the apprentice set down the last few herbs. She let the leaf drop from her mouth and she layed down near the spot to release pressure from the legs.

He laughed, "sure, let's go" he headed the way he had gone before, going slower than usual. nah.. I won't find a cat... I don't think Starclan intends that path for me.. he thought grimly, he really wanted kits and a mate to call his own but if fate said no then, he wouldn't fight it..

The ginger followed Whitetail, noting how silent it quickly got. "What do you like in cats? Romantically, I mean." He asked, curious. He was sure that Whitetail could find a mate, granted he wasn't looking for a flawless cat.
