Quickstep smiled, "I remember when you two used to go at each other like starving foxes. I always felt so awkward when I walked up in the middle of you two's fights." she chuckled then continued, "Do you two plan on having kits?" She asked. She purred, "If you do, our kits could grow up together".

CloudStar opened her mouth to respond, then closed it again. Should she tell her that she was already pregnant with AlderFall's kits "we'll see, QuickStep. No plans yet" she lied. She didn't like to lie, but she didn't want to give out all her secrets

(ok, I didnt want to invite her out on a hunt if she was a kit, that would be mean...)

Badger smiled at the apprentice and meowed, "Do you want to go out hunting with me?" he asked happily.

Quickstep purred, not noticing Cloudstar's hesitation. "Im glad your happy, at least your mate loves you...." She meowed, getting quieter as she said the last bit.

(Yeah, not to mention it's against the code for a kit to hunt xD)

The tortoise shell nodded. "I'd love to!" she purred. Her black and ginger tail twitched. She tried hunting herself several times before, but she either just chases the prey, pounces too far, or leaves too much impact on the ground when crouching.

Quickstep looked up, with a hint of tears in her eyes, into Cloudstar's comforting gaze, "I know, its.. just hard to think about". She sighed and smiled, "You should get back to the rest of the clan now, I've kept you for quite a bit".

"Ok, lets go before sunset" Badger meowed happily padding towards the exit to camp. He had notice it was getting late on in the day, this would be the last thing he would have time for today.

CloudStar nodded "get some rest, QuickStep" she meowed calmly, standing from where she sat "forget him. If he doesn't love you, you shouldn't waste your love on him. There's someone else out there for you and he's not that cat" with that, she slipped out and took a seat near the center of camp, gazing around. Misty had curled up on the ground, starting to drift to sleep

Quickstep watched Cloudstar leave, then curled herself up into as tight a ball she could (comfortably) with such a swollen belly.

Badger looked to the apprentice (fellow apprentice? I dont know) and meowed, "Where do you think we should hunt?" he asked.

Spottedpaw padded to her favorite spot: The clearing. A lot of field mice usually come here, especially during Greenleaf. Her olive eyes shined in the sunlight as she looks around the spot.
