Pantherfoot jolted awake with the too familiar memory of a raging fox... She looked at Poisonpaw, amazed at how well he could perform at only his apprentice stage. She tried to get up, but her muscles winced with pain and screamed for her to rest. "No rest! Sunflare needs my help!" Climbing down the tree with ease, she rushed over to the downed fox and helped Ravenfeather. She sighed in relief as the fox finally slipped off Sunflare's body, and clumbers next to him with a dead thud. "Help me get him back to camp please, Ravenfeather." She dipped her body under Sunflare's shoulder and lifted him up as Ravenfeather carried his rear. She saw Poisonpaw still in the tree, looking bewildered. "Hope you can get down without getting hurt, and thank you! If it weren't for you I'd would've bleed out..."
Looking only forward, it was a solemn walk back to camp.

The Tom pushed as hard as he could and was grateful when Pantherfoot had helped him get the stupid creature off of Sunflare. He nodded to the cat when she asked him to help carry Sunflare so he picked him up at the opposite end of Pantherfoot. He walked with her as they headed towards camp with Sunflare on their backs, he was worried about his friend.. he wanted him to be ok.. he wanted him to live and get to see more days.

Poisonpaw carefully climbed down from the tree along with few supplies in his maw, his fur on end as he felt the bark underneath his paws. Almost shrieking when he nearly lost his grip on the wood. When he finally made it down, he struggled to run to catch up to the group carrying Sunflare, unable to go as fast due to his past injury. "Is Sunflare waking up?" He called, nearly running all the way back as his limping leg kept him behind.

She looked at Poisonpaw, surprised he made it down quick enough to catch up. "No, and I don't think he'll wake up anytime soon. I hope that paw is okay..." She added noticing his limp as he walked.

Starpelt was high and the leaves shuddered under the cool breeze of midnight...
Pantherfoot was roused awake by someone poking her. As she got up she was met with the eyes of Gorsewillow, who whispered as he spoke. "Hey there, I heard about what happened today. I thought you were really brave helping take down that fox. Er... Sorry about the tail, love."
Pantherfoot had almost forgotten about that incident, she turned to look at it and wiggled it a little. "It's fine, might be a little awkward walking though." Gorsewillow purred, " You're a toughie aren't you? I hope you don't mind walking with me for a minute, hmn?" Pantherfoot looked back at Sunflare, who was still sound asleep in his nest next to her,
"Sure."
