Poppyfreckle padded over and saw the kit, he smelled not like any other clan. He hissed at the kit " your not welcome here, little one" . He knew he was a kit but every kit knows to not encounter ' wild ' cats.

Foxclaw narrowed his eyes at Poppyfreckle, it said in the warrior copped that you were to treat all kits the same, he didn't cat if it was a kittypet or a rogue and he coldly stated so to him, "Poppyfreckle, that's not needed, as long as he's alone everything's fine, he must've wandered off. No need to scare him.

Poppyfreckle looked at him, " Foxclaw, this cat is a part of something that can kill us. This kit could kill any of you some day. Not all cats have our warrior code", he obviously knew that he was breaking the warrior code but he could tell that the cat would not be friendly. " if we leave him and he stays around we will attract something or if we return him they could always follow us back!".

He left camp, heading towards the Thunderclan border where he thinks the best hunting is on Riverclan territory. He noticed his clan mates down a little ways but just sat down and looked at the water.

Foxclaw sighed, knowing he was right but he still couldn't help think treating it any way other than a kit was wrong, "Well, what would you have us do? Kill him? Because I won't stand for that, it doesn't maktter if it could kill me someday, right now it's a kit and I'm going to treat it like it."

He sighed softly after the cat, it was nice to have a medicine cat sure, but he knew Poppyfreckle wasn't happy in that life. Picking up the kit by the scruff he handed it off the Foxclaw. "Bring this poor thing to the nursery, Silverclaw will know what to do. Come back after if we're not already back by then," he said then flicked his tail. "Ravenfeather, I need you on this patrol now that both Foxclaw and Poppyfreckle have gone back to camp. Would you mind joining us?"

Foxclaw was taken back but the sudden change in Poppyfreckle, he didn't ever wanna upset anyone, and that's all he seemed to be doing lately, first Clearfox and now Poppyfreckle, he sighed and mewed quietly to Soulstar," I didn't mean to upset him." He turned to the kit and softly smiled at it, mewing, " Come on little one" And with that he grabbed the kit buy the scruff and started padding back to camp.

Blood - Kit - Moon Rogue - Riverclan territory - Mentions: Foxclaw

Blood didn't squirm in the warrior's grip but he did still intend on getting to his father's grave and back to the Moon Rogues. 'I guess this is what I get for shooting out if camp.' Blood gained the courage to s peak and he asked in a small voice. "Where am I?"

He nodded to both of them and walked along the border, occasionally stopping to re-mark the borders. His ears perked at every sound, jaws parted slightly to draw the air across his scent glands. He was nervous, it had been unusually calm the past few days and it worried him.
