Clearfox

Clearfox's shoulders slump as she reached the entrance to her camp, her home.
She takes a deep breath, not sure what to do or say.
From weeks of starvation, her bones showed, and her eyes rolled around a lot.
Stepping into camp, Clearfox shakes, losing strength in her legs.
She whimpers, falling to the ground.

Mosskit

Mosskit was laying on his paws when he hears a whimper on the edge of camp. A familiar smell blows toward the nursery, and his head lifts up. Slowly getting to his paw, Mosskit creeps out of the nursery and exits the tunnel. He freezes in his tracks when he sees who is by the entrance to camp.

Soulstar - Leader - Camp - Mentions: Clearfox

Soulstar caught the whiff off a familiar scent, it was masked in sickness and pain but he knew who it was. Head whipping around his eyes locked on the familiar ginger pelt of his mate. He raced over to her, nosing her face and helping her stand. "Shhh it's okay, you're home, dear star clan where's Poppyfreckle!" he mewed worriedly. "Someone get her something to eat!" Soulstar yelled, fear-scent rolling off him like an oncoming storm.

Her head snapped up at the commotion, she froze in place when she saw the skinny she-cat that she had nearly almost forgotten. "Mom!" she yelled at Soultar's order, racing to the fresh-kill pile and setting a large rabbit in front of her mother, looking up to Soulstar, fear written in her eyes.

Clearfox let's out a weak purr, her legs shaking as she is helped up.
"Thank you daughter," she smiles slightly, letting Soulstar help her.
She coughs, her bones heaving.
Seeing all the cats, her heart starts beating, scared of all the attention.

Soulstar - Leader - Camp - Mentions: Darkkit, Clearfox

He looked around at his clan mates then slipped under his mate, looking at Darkkit. "Get your brother to help you with the rabbit, and while you're at it grab some moss and dip it in the pool at the edge of camp so she can drink. Consider this your first task as an apprentice," he said to her before carrying his mate to the den.

Clearfox looked down, not bringing her eyes to any of the cats.
Her ears perked at Soulstar saying her kits were now apprentices, but she didn't say anything.
He throat was dry, and she didn't want to make it worse.

Mosskits thoughts were muddled. His mom was back, after having been gone for what seemed like forever. His sister was trying to get his attention, but he was having a hars time focusing.

Darkkit - Kit - Camp - Mentions: Mosskit

She growled and swatted at his face hard, "Hey furball! Did you hear what I said!? Go get some moss and dip it in the pond then bring it to Soulstar's den!" She then raced off the pick up the rabbit where she left it, carrying it to hr father's den and dropping it in front of her mother. Backing out of the den quickly she went to help Mosskit.

"Eat please.." came his quiet voice, nosing her side lightly. He was fighting back tears at seeing her like this, wrapping himself around her to keep her warm.

Mosskit

Finally being able to think, he stumbled over his paws and picked up some moss, and then went to dip it in the pond. Moving slowly, he set the wet moss infront of his mom, but he stepped back staring at his paws. He kept shufflimg his small paws over eachother, not looking up.

Clearfx squints at the rabbit.
Picking it up slowly, she noms on it, feeling the burst of flavor in her mouth.
Feeling Soulstar around her, she shivers. She forgot how nice his presence felt.
Eating half of the rabbit, she stops eating, pushing the rest away.
She didn't want to say anything, so she looked at her paws.

He took the moss ball from Mosskit and nodded, "Thank you, go wait outside with your sister.." Turning to his mate he held the moss ball where she could reach it and prompted her to drink.

Mosskit moves out of the den and goes to sit with his sister. He looked up for a moment, looking at his bone thin mother. Why had she gone? She had left her two kits, and now she comes back. Mosskit didn't know what to think.
