Waking up abruptly to the blaring sound of his alarm and hitting his head at the top of his bunk, Min let out a cry in pain and a quiet groan. "Oww..." he muttered, cursing a few times in Korean before finally pulling himself out of bed. He managed to grab his clothes, tugging them over his head without a care for what they looked like. He had the gift of matching no matter what he wore. He looked briefly into the mirror on the wall, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes and running a hand through his hair to make it look at least a little less messy before glancing toward his roomie. Still asleep.

He had been surprised at first to find his roommate was a girl, but this school was far from normal, and stranger things had certainly happened. Besides, she was pretty decent. She dealt with him, he dealt with her. It was a nice give-and-take relationship, and better than the ways other roomies treated each other.

"Evee," he called in his quick-spoken Korean accent. Luckily enough it had gotten better over the years, and people could actually understand him without having to repeat himself. "If you don't wake up now you're going to be late. Ppalli, ppalli."

James strolled down the hallway, searching for his dorm room. He tried not to bump into any of the beings around him. He wasn't a 'snob', he just doesn't like physical contact. He finally found his room, and opened the door quickly, pulling his bag behind him. He placed it on the bed to the left and started unpacking. He pulled out some posters, music disks and some of his books and scatted them around his bed, along with his half-eaten packed of lolly snakes.

He smelt the air around him and sprayed some of his scented air freshener. It's one of the things he hates most, un-fresh air. Being brought up in a mostly clean household with an OCD mother.

He tried not to think of it much as he hates to overthink things, like he always does. He finished unpacking his bag and putting things away, making his bed and 'decorating' his bit of the room. Soon enough he left the room, shutting the door behind him to go fine someone to make friends with.

(I don't know if that was good enough or not. Just got home from school and had to rush this as I'm going to the doctors..)

Having just arrived in her room she dumped her bags upon the bed, Gizmo popped his head out of her pocket. It was clear that this girl wasn't in a great mood, she hadn't been for a small while now. There was another bed in the room, but it was empty at the moment which made her very glad. Going to close the door she stopped, looking up and down the hall as people were settling in. It was her first day back since being away for a few days, she needed those days away. The main reason she'd been away was that her father wanted to see her, make sure she was alright. Her eyes rolled at the memory, he was a pain in the backside. Although he was a pain she knew it was because he cared, she just wished he didn't care to the point of smothering her.

Gizmo had now clambered from her pocket, deciding to explore the room. Sometimes Raven could swear that Gizmo was the only one she trusted, the only one she actually needed in her life. She had begun to unpack her stuff, taking it slowly as she wasn't really feeling like going to class. She'd travelled overnight to get back to the school, it was her father who made her. To make sure she got back he even drove her there, so she slept in the passengers seat. His shift had ended at about 1am, hence why she was back this morning rather than the night before. The many stops for food had prolonged the journey, although not long enough for Raven to miss first class. Having finished unpacking her bag she threw it under her bed, just waiting for the bell for class to go off.

When the only response he got was a pissed off groan and the shuffle of bed sheets being pulled over a sleeping head, Min ran a hand through his hair a second time, this time in what might have been considered annoyance, and moved toward the door to his shared dorm. He stepped out into the hallway, not surprised by how quiet it was, save for the soft stream of showers and the humm of hair dryers. It was early; no one was out and about at this time, save for a couple of people here and there.

He could hear the new students babbling in their respective rooms, either to their roommates or their parents. Sometimes to themselves. Finally, however, he managed to find a person to talk to. He could smell the crisp but overpowering scent of an air freshener sticking to him, and found it somewhat funny. He'd only ever met women who used air fresheners.

"Hello," he greeted with the hints of an accent remaining in his voice. "You're new here, yes? I haven't seen you around before. I'm Min Junseo," he bowed rather than holding out a hand, an impulsive behavior from his time in Korea, "but you can call me Min. Your name?"

He wasn't wasting any time as he jumped straight to introductions, skipping the usual smalltalk. He never wasted time.

James was taken a back by the sudden question, but just smiled an answered. "I'm James, but you can call my Jamie." James replied with a grin on his face. It's been a while since he has spoken to an unknown person, hopefully he doesn't embarrass himself, like always. "What are your names?" He asked with a questioning look.
