Halowa is an island were the weather is normally sunny and bright. The worst weather the ever got was a simple drizzle. Though, one day an awful hurricane hit spawning tornadoes and strong, deadly winds and rains with hail. The hurricane destroyed homes and towns and their most famous zoo, island animals. This zoo had many different animals, some genetically made. The zoo had the strangest and rarest animals. Even animals from extinction. No not dinosaurs. The ones most supervised, the griffin. Many other animals like their sea animals and flying animals left. The griffins stayed since they did not know whether to leave, or stay. They argued and broke into three flocks. The carnsols, palians, and the peace keepers. The carnsols consists of the smaller griffins. They live in canyons and valleys. They mostly fly, having easy access to cover and living in canyons makes it easy for them to learn how to fly. They have bigger wings and sharper talons, their wing muscles are strong and are used in battles, shoving an opponent. The carnsols are an intelligent and a harsh group. The learned how to make armor and weapons for their wings and talons and bodies. They are a harsh group, not taking well to outsiders or other flocks. Sometimes if an outsider or a different flock comes by, they will quickly be attacked, and sometimes, killed. Palians are bigger and bulkier and able of taking down larger prey. . They have strong leg muscles and also have the smaller wings. Their wings are big enough to get them in the air. They aren't the most intelligent, but spies have figured out how to make the armor and weapons that the carnsols make. They are a softer group, but toughness runs through them. They prey on animals that scurry on the ground and find birds revolting. Their talons are a little more dull than the carnsols and their talons are shorter. For their strength and sharp beaks replaces their talons. They easily shelter among dead or live foliage and grass. Peace keepers wish for peace. they don't fight and consist of griffins of all size. They don't care when griffins leave or come. They have no cheif and every griffin hunts for themselves or for others. They are the ones torn between the two flocks, not knowing who is right. They normally end up leaving then later returning. They are very un organized and don't have an idea of what to do. All they know, they don't wish to fight.
