Homura appears to all who don't know better as a woman. His hair is long, slightly wavy, and jet black, which offsets his crimson firebender eyes. He has a slender, hourglass build, with toned muscles form years of hauling and working with other members of the village on things such as planting, harvesting, and slaughtering. He's about five foot eleven, and has yellow-brown skin, tanned from long days outside. His hands have noticeable calluses on the fingertips and right under the fingers.
He tends to wear his hair in a long, braided ponytail to minimize impact when he's working. When alone, he almost always lets it down. Apart from loose-fitting work clothes that are almost tattered, Homura has some more fancy robes that were recently acquired in the city, black and red robes with a splash of red, which make him have an almost regal air. And, thankfully, it covers his chest tightly, constricting his breasts. Unfortunately, as the village was well aware of his gender being different from his birth sex, the people in the cities are quick to make assumptions that end up upsetting him. So, Homura's dress style aims to minimize this as much as possible, even if it makes breathing just a tad harder.
Personality:
Homura is a rather spiritual person, one of the few people of his small village other than the aging monks that would tend to the shrine to them. Born a firebender, Homura doesn't have the aggressive personality that goes with it, preferring to stay on the sidelines. As such, airbending is a natural fit to him with its notion of spirituality and evasiveness. Energetic, though, is something Homura is, and loves to explore and learn about the things around him. He hates being cooped up or having to stay in one place for long, and his attention span is sometimes fleeting. Homura loves to collect small animal bones and pelts, usually incorporating some things into necklaces or dresses. Sewing and tanning are the only two professions Homura is patient for, and only if it is for himself.

Canyon Crawler: Ari.
Found as a newly-hatched youngster, they quickly bonded after Homura kept giving her food every day. The Canyon Crawler followed him back to the village his parents lived in when they were done with their vacation, and Homura was more than happy to feed the growing beast. Though, problems soon became apparent as Ari's voracious nature grew with her size, and it became harder to keep her hidden. Amazingly, Homura managed to keep her mostly under control...

As for backstory, Homura was found out to be the Avatar especially young, mainly due to the authorities being called to his village to subdue his canyon crawler. Homura used airbending on them to save his pet in full view of most of the village, leading to him being taken to the capitol (with Ari safe and sound) and assume training. This was... about almost a year ago in the timeline.

I maaay fill a form for Jesso, but he's way too young lol. He'll just be around, and Homura's definitely going to be fussing over him.

- Are we following the original element cycle for the Avatar? Water > Earth > Fire > Air [Repeat]? Or is it random?
- Where will the storyline first start? (( Event wise as well as Nation/Kingdom/Tribe wise. ))
- Is the world still like the one from Korra with a few more advancements?

Looks: Black messy hair, no longer then a few inches, 6'4 in height, one cold icy blue eye though the other is red. Halo is well built and is very pale skin for a water bender. His neck, hands, and feet have been permanently turned black due to his own negligence with water bending. He shaves every few days so his face is often scruffy, most of the close he wears are too big for him.

Personality: Cold, distant, and very sarcastic, Halo enjoys watching those suffer. He is very sadistic and sees pain as a means to become stronger. He rarely shows emotion even in times of great lose. Halo prefers to be alone but is often found working for Otaku. He is extremely loyal and would much rather die then have to betray someone.

Pet: Platypus Bear ((Unless it's okay to make something up?)

Friends: None ((Haha loser))

Family: Legend has it that Halo killed is own family as his first act of blood bending (and even water bending all together).

Other: Halo can blood bend better then he can water bend, he is a very violent person and strongly hates other types of bending, though he keeps that to himself.

I decided to not follow that order, it can be in any!

- Where will the storyline first start? (( Event wise as well as Nation/Kingdom/Tribe wise. ))
It will start around the time when Otaku makes his first appearance by threatening a bunch of townsfolks for the avatar. It will be quite a climatic start as it will be a kind of fight scene, saving the townsfolks while keeping everyone alive.

- Is the world still like the one from Korra with a few more advancements?
Yes quite. There's some info about that above :)
