Yeah, Kianna, I agree cx [ Psst back cx Hai bestie <33 ]

Ooh, Legolas, I will!! :D
I'll kill you. >:D
No, I'm joking. ;)

hehehe.

Wow, I seem evil when I'm tired.... -shrug-
But yeah, I am the same, my friend cx -but then again, don't you already know that?
What am I doing with my life again?

( so do I, Legolas lol )

@Serelin - Yeah, I agree. Like Flash for example. Why didn't the higher ranks do anything? Because Erstellt are more aggressive and tend to not care for some-wolf/dog they don't know...? I don't know.
I'm beginning to think that Flash might semi-belong in Foirfe...?

Currently, at the moment, I have to go to bed, but... um. I don't know what else I was going to say. I would work on forms and replys and stuff but they'd be super bad considering I'm.. not awake really.
Bai! <3

I didn't necessarily see the Erstallt pack that way I guess - I saw them more as cold, yes; honor-driven, yes; more prone to violence, yes. But not all out craving violence. To quote the description:

"These wolves are generally resentful of the Foirfe pack, allowing hate to fuel them. They're more likely to have outbursts of anger and put themselves first, but they don't enjoy taking risks. Cold and logical these wolves follow their heads. These wolves don't tolerate wolves that are too badly injured or old, they will generally kill them off in a ritual."

To me that says they can be cruel, and perhaps have a strict way of doing things, but not that they are senselessly violent all the time.

Primarily because the issue had been dealt with and Ze'eva wasn't there. Aside from that, I think Ze'eva would have let Cloud handle it herself before issuing a punishment of her own.

Not senselessly violent, just more violent in general. I saw the pack as a mix of clear heads, but with so much violence and death a few are going to be rotten apples of the bunch (( such as Ze'eva )). I just assumed that since they're so willing to kill off their old and the weakest young to keep themselves strong, they'd be more hardened to the acts they commit and their pack wouldn't run on apologies or submissive gestures. They're structured, and structure involves strict enforcement to remain rigid. An example would be punishment for mocking a superior or snapping at one that's almost on-par with an Alpha would be harsher than a growl for an apology and a submissive role.
Cruelty means they're not afraid to get their paws dirty and aren't afraid to use violence. Their hate fuels them, so that could lead to a few emotional outbursts of anger as well.

That's just the thing though :) If one wants to stay alive, they have to abide by the system or else constant fights for supremacy & dominance would obliterate any kind of pack structure.

Alria, for example, is in no way going to be able to defend herself physically against pretty much any of the wolves in the pack. IE she would be considered a burden rather than an asset to the group and is therefore much more aware of how she conducts herself around her superiors (ie submissiveness), versus for example the rest of her packmates who are all established fighters. Also the reason why she took up healing rather than say, being a warrior. Each pack member, from mothers to hunters serve a role in a system and they're not all going to fit into the pack the same way :D

I do agree that potentially violence could have made sense in that situation, but each member is different and I imagine we're all still feeling each other out on this RP and not wanting to overstep too many boundaries :3

The way I thought of Erstellt when I made them was very much like this:

They'd much rather used violence and threats to solve any conflict, talking things through and coming to an agreement is just not their style. At the same time though they understand that more wolves means more power, and to them power is essentially everything. This power being everything means they do respect superiors as you'd only be in those high ranks after having proven yourself to the pack (or else you'd not of been chosen/would've been killed early on in the reign). They keep a healer because although they may see wounded wolves as weak, they want those with survivable injuries to be fit and well again as whilst they're ill they being the strength of the pack down. Although most wolves are self oriented and hot headed they can also see the bigger picture so understand that just killing wolves is no use to them.

No matter how much they hate a wolf in a pack, they hate Fiorfe more. Wolves that submit (like Flash did to Cloud) will be tolerated, but only if they submit to a higher rank. I imagine someone whimpering and running off would simply get an eye roll from the pack and they would see the wolf as lower than even those that have the same rank.

@Kimmys - That makes sense, although there seems to be a lack of a system at the moment. Maybe as we're all getting closer and easier on with interaction it'll get more compact and organized.

@Kiannia - Thank you, that clears up a bit and gives me a better idea of what they're like!

My finals are about a week or so away (( it depends on which ones I have to take and which teachers are lazy )), so I might become a bit inactive except in the afternoons with it paired with my training. I have a week long competition next month around the 15th, so I have to get my horse prepared and refreshed! The first weekend of June is also going to be busy for me, I have a State convention as an FFA officer as well as the officer interviews, and my new part time job @v@
