Darkshadow

Darkshadow padded back across the border. The blood of the she-she-cat on the tip of his paws and muzzle, but he couldn't get it all off. He felt the grip of the little silver bird that was on his back return and he was thankful that it hadn't left him forever. He didn't want to return to camp with blood on him and he had tried to get it off so he walked back to his tree. He had even clawed it enough times to mark it as his. He quickly scooted up the tree and found his branch. He crawled along it and settled in the dip that had been worn into the 4 foot wide branch and he rested his head on his paws, feeling the bird settle next to him. "I'll have to fill the bottom wit grass or something if we'really going to hang here." He told the silver bird. It chirped and he sighed. "I'll call you Moonbird." He then looked up through the tree branches and shook his head. "What if Ravenstar hates me after this?" He asked the bird.

He smiled then looked to the camp entrance.. wanting to to go because he would probably wake other warriors sleeping. He stood up, "I will be at my spot if you need me" His voice full of kindness and he smiled friendly before padding off towards the camp entrance/exit

She was looking for Darkshadow. She couldn't find him anywhere. She had already checked his tree. That was place one. She had checked the border, the dens, everywhere. She couldn't find him. He had to be around here somewhere. She was about to check his tree again. She was super close to it, when she heard, "What it Ravenstar hates me after this?" , What was going on? She was getting nervous. It had sounded like Dark. But what did he do that would make him think she would hate him? She was in love with him! There was no way anything would make her hate him.

Darkshadow

Darkshadow looked down and saw Ravenstar. The bird was sleeping next to him and he could still smell the blood that was stuck in his fur. He didn't know if he could face her. She was his leader but he also loved her. 'Can I talk to her about this?' He thought. He looked at his paws and grimaced at the blood stains. He heard a vice, but he didn't know who it was. "Go talk to her." He looked around but couldn't find the source of the voice, so he got up and climbed down the tree. "Ravenstar?" He asked.

He padded out into the forest, he approached his spot. There was a secret he has hidden for the longest time.. he knew it was catching up to him somehow, he felt it in the way the wind blows, the rustling of the leaves, the way starclan cats had been popping up everywhere.. he caught word of starclan warriors visiting Icestar and his brother visited him.. there had to be something wrong.. his past would soon catch up with him..

She looked at dark.... He was covered in blood.... " What happened?" She kept her voice even. She didn't want to hurt him.... He looked.... not scary.... but, well she wasn't sure...She looked at him with a softness in her eyes... " it's okay.... You know I don't judge ....." 'Even if you have killed a cat....' She knew he'd killed something..... He had a lot of blood on him.... but she wasn't sure what....

Darkshadow - Mentions: Ravenstar

Darkshadow looked at his paws and sat down. "I'm not exactly sure. I had crossed into Snowclan territory and stalked all the way to their camp. I smelt a cat at the entrance and I lured her out. She came and I instantly lunged, pinning her down. Something came over me and I sneered out 'Name's Darkshadow. Don't forget it.' And then I . . . I killed her. Not slowly, just quick and silent and then I yowled for her clan to find her and I ran. I felt all my rage leave but a hole in me was filled with guilt at what I had done. She was innocent. Barely a warrior and I had killed her. You can do whatever you want. I don't . . ." He couldn't get out the last words cause it hurt to much. That's when the bird flew down and landed on his back, silently cooing to him.

He had padded to the border between them and Snowclan.. he knew his past would hurt his clan but, he wasn't going to leave.. if he left, it would probably get to his clan then follow him. He remembered the cats face, he remembered how he had felt that night.. he was a friendly cat but, sometimes he could have a heart of gold or as black as coal.. it all depended on how he felt about life.. then, he hated it, but now he loved life.. he loved his clan.. he felt guilty about not telling any cat but, it was his secret and he wasn't about to tell any cat.

She looked at him with a stoic expression. She was determined to keep it that way. She had seen worse. She looked at his bird and sighed. "Darkshadow. I don't know if I have told you this but.... I.... Love you... and it won't change my mind if you kill a cat, as long as you stay loyal to us... me...just come clean... everyone goes in t rages... it's fine..." She looked at the entrance remembering the prophet.." Dark sorry to bolt like this but I gotta go to the entrance someone wanted to see me... I'm not sure whom but I'll be back quickly I promise." She rubbed his head for a moment before stalking towards the entrance.

He stood near the entrance, looking like he was waiting for her. As she approached, his eyes rested on her, gentle yet firey. His voice was silky with a foreign accent, one the cat probably hasn't heard before, "When Night falls.. Fire will Blaze... Snow will fall... Grass will die.." He stood there, looking at her, waiting for something.
